Refund and Exchange Policy
TRIALS
You may try a product at your place for 10-15minutes where a representative of Carpet Culture will be present. Thetrial is offered to see if the rug perfectly fits your space. If youwant to purchase the rug after trial, a representative will issue you aninvoice and you can pay online via Debit/Credit card. Once the paymentgoes through, only then the representative will leave the premises with adelivery confirmation signature from you. For online orders, there willbe no Trial policy available. If you would like to get trial, you haveto come in person to our SoHo gallery.
RETURNS
From December 1, 2018, all sales are final. No return or refund will be issued for any sold rugs.
Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Clearance Sale Items
* Selected Holiday or Seasonal Sale Items
Refunds (only if the above section approves the return)
Once yourreturn is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notifyyou that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you ofthe approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, thenyour refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically beapplied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7business days. For some items, refund may not be approved, but you willget store credit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any item, call us at 212-219-2315
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 392 Broome Street, New York, NY, 10013, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs forreturning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive arefund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using atrackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’tguarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Black Friday Deals are 100% Non Refundable. No trial for the deal products.
