I purchased items and joined a subscription on June 9th. I never received my items and I have since been reaching out to Blueland to resolve the issue. For their customer service, they only have a bot chat portal on their website or an email address. I have told the bot my issues multiple times and the company sends a response (slowly) over email and asks for me to confirm my address to check on the package. I respond and give them the information they request and then I never hear back. Sometimes I get an automated email saying they have not heard from me in 24 hours and because of that my interaction will be closed. This is not true. I have emailed them within the 24 hour timeframe several times, and have even sent screenshots of my un-responded to emails as attachments as proof. I would like to believe that the company is not this negligent to their customers problems and their customer service email system is instead completely dysfunctional and not operational. I return to their online chat bot portal system and write to them the ongoing problems I am having in getting ahold of someone to resolve my problem and they email me the same confirmation questions, repeating the cycle of no real response over again. So the issue remains, I paid for products I did not receive and the company has bot effective way for me to communicate that problem and help me resolve it.
