On 10.21.21, I placed an order and was promised that it would arrive in 3-7 days. On 10.22.21, I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The tracking link states that there is no information available yet, and after speaking with customer service chat twice, and promised updates both times, there has been no update. The service chat gave repeated generic copy and paste responses that did not answer my questions, and continually blamed **** for not releasing tracking data. I had ordered this on the specific date for an event, and now will not have the product for the event. I am hoping to receive an update soon, but after reading the other reviews of Aero customer service, I am not hopeful. My order number is ********. I had wished to pick up in store to avoid this, but the option was not available. I wish that companies would not make promises to their customers that they cannot keep.Business response

Ext Ref ******** JDA ********* order date 10/20/2021 Status shipped and posted 10/22/2021.
There was an issue with the incorrect tracking number in our system and we had to obtain the correct tracking number from the warehouse.
The customer had contacted twice and we were not able at the time to provide tracking information we have refunded the order as an appeasement.
We are contacting the customer by phone (VM) and also emailing and advising the customer about her tracking number **** tracking **************************, estimated date of delivery today 10/29/2021, refund as appeasement $21.06, and code for future order.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, I did receive my package and open it to find damaged items. This was frustrating, but at least I was refunded the full amount.
