I made an online purchase from H&M on 9/9/2021 I purchased 2 plaid shirts $24.99 a piece totaled price $49.98 it was charged to my debit card immediately….I was supposed to receive a email and tracking number today is 9/16/2021 and I have no valid tracking number for my package my package cannot be found….I made numerous attempts to wait on my package and today makes 7 days I have no valid tracking information for my package nor will H&M refund me my money nor will they provide me with store credit….I’ve called numerous times no one has allowed me to speak with a supervisor regarding this issue….I simply want my refund and no one is helping me find my items that I paid for nor will they help me by returning my money…customer service is horrible they speak with less then no respect and the representatives never transferred me to speak with someone of a higher authority H&M has robbed me of $49.98 and will not return my moneyInitial Complaint

While visiting Boston recently, we bought a bedding set (duvet + pillowcases) for $63.74 at a H&M store. Back in NC, we realized that the pillowcases were missing. We called H&M and were told to return the item to a store. We drove to the store (1/2 hour each way) but the manager refused to take the item back, as this store only sells clothes (no H&M sell home products in NC). So we called again to ask for a free shipping label to return the product by mail. We talked to 3 people, who all refused to send us a label. I then emailed H&M multiple times, they refused to refund me and kept refusing to send me a label until, finally, I was told that a shipping label was being sent to me by email... but I never got it (I've checked my junk box). I contacted them again to let them know that I never received the label, but no one answers my mails anymore. I'm not returning this item because I've changed my mind, I'm returning it because it is damaged/incomplete !! I want a refund.Customer response
