      This companys customer service is awful. They have sent me 2 orders incorrectly (a different size than I ordered). I have been waiting 3 weeks for my correct order. I have had to call multiple times to get refunded for shipping fees for these returns. I have had to expedite this order. The company has offered nothing for me for the inconvenience. I am requesting the $23 expedited shipping charge so i can finally get my product.

      I made an order of $206.04 on the website of Hunter Boots under ORDER HB-****** on February 11, 2024. I received an email from Hunter Boots on February 19, 2024 that my order has been delivered. However, this was not true, as *** had sent the item back to the sender after attempting to deliver while I was not home. On ***, it indicates that the sender must claim the package. I have reached out to Hunter Boots customer service on Feburary *********************************************************************************************************************************** At this point, because it has past the timeframe that I needed the item, I do not want the order anymore and I would like a refund. Hunter customer service has not gotten back to me yet and still continues to send me email reminders to "review" the items that I have never received.

      Clothing item (boots) still within warranty started to fall apart. Reached out to the company to notify them. The first response was immediate, and they asked for photos of the issue. I sent photos and have yet to hear back. It has now been about a month and I have attempted to reach out to them with no success.

      I purchased boots directly from Hunter Boots online and have a receipt. The boots cracked at less than 12 months and Hunter has a "warranty" for 24 months but they will not honor the warranty and stooped responding to my complaint after I send the requested information. S

      Order placed: Monday, November 28, 2022 WOMEN'S ORIGINAL *************** 1$111.31 WOMEN'S ORIGINAL TALL RAIN BOOTS x 1$185.51 DELIVERY OPTION: GROUND SHIPPING (3-7 BUSINESS DAYS)FREE TOTAL (INCLUDING VAT):$296.82 The above order was fulfilled by Hunter Boots. The company gives a 2 year warranty on their products. Both boots have multiple holes since August. Since September, I have called numerous times and sent several emails to be told each time that someone would email me today or within 24 hours. Today I wa told someone would reply in 5-7 business days from my last ticket which was entered on Wed. Oct. 18th. I fail to understand why this is not as simple as either sending photos and them shipping new boots or being told to return the boots to a store for a new pair.

      They asked for photos which I provided on 10/29 and I have not heard from them since. I asked for a full refund since they are unable to efficiently honor their 2 year warranty on the boots. I do not wish to do business with them further.

      I have emailed Hunter Boots several times about my gently worn rain boots which cracked at the toe and are no longer waterproof. They have not responded. I would like an identical pair as a free replacement or my money back. I expected a reputable company like Hunters to sell a better product.

      I purchased 3 pairs of childrens boots on May 29, 2**3. I tried the boots on my children and needed to exchanged each pair for a larger size. I followed the exchange instructions, I emailed and received confirmation that my return was in process on June 2, 2**3. It is now July 17, 2**3 and I have sent 3 emails and have had no response. I have not received any communication with hunter boots regarding my exchange. I have not received the requested exchange. I have also not received a refund (I was thinking maybe if the sizes weee no longer available, I would receive a refund). There has been absolutely no response from hunter boots. There is other way I can see to contact the company. I wish for the boots to be sent to me, or I expect a full refund from the company.***************************** Order number #**********

      I purchased a pair of boots but decided to exchange them upon receiving them, because the color was much lighter than what was pictured. I received an email confirming they had received my return and it had been processed. It also mentioned the exhange item would be shipped within 3-7 days. This was 18 days ago, I havent had any follow-up. I have tried reaching out to them by email, but never heard back. Their website is not working for over a month. I dont know if Ill ever receive my boots or my money back.

      On 5/31/23 I went to the *** store to return my boots to Hunter. I have attached proof that they received the item at the warehouse and accepted the return. I had these boots and never took them out of the box. While I was waiting on them I found a better pair elsewhere, so these boots are unworn. On 06/05/23 ****** accepted my return. It is 6/22/23 and I still have no refund. I have proof of numerous emails to them, all go unresolved, except one. I got one email back that said on 06/01/23 Hunter boots was sold, and they were starting their transition to this other company. In the meantime they have no phone number that works, and they don't respond to emails. I want my refund! They now have their brand new boots back, and my money.

Hunter Boots phone numbers are still not working, their email still kicks back an auto robot response, and their website message system goes nowhere.
