I wanted to return an item and they refused to send me a shipping label. I read the policy and its very vague and misleading. Doesnt state that the customer has to pay for shipping label or returns. Only states that we have to pay for original shipping fees. In my case I had free shipping no shipping fees. Company was very passive aggressive with me and they guaranteed customer satisfaction, yet lack in that aspect.Initial Complaint

This company's PONY sweatpants has horrible pockets. Anything I put both pockets fall out when sitting down! I almost lost my car keys because of this! Terrible!Customer response

We are getting inundated with messages from a variety of e-mail addresses advertising products (1) in which we have no interest whatsoever (2) all apparently originating from the above address (3) with the potential of sending messages from an infinite number of e-mail addresses (4) response from calling the telephone number above includes recorded messages from Danskin employees, from which I have not gotten a return call, all of which is (5) very annoyingCustomer response

Dear *** BBB,On 9/8/2023 I placed an order (********* to ****************** (*****************), owned by Iconix Brand Group Inc., for the purchase of 4 items (jacket, hat, T-shirt and shoes) intended as gifts totaling $425.54. I placed the order on the **** web site using my credit card. Soon after, the $425.54 charge appeared on my credit card bill and I paid in full. A few weeks later three of the four items (jacket, T-shirt, hat) arrived. Late October I emailed **** by webmail and on their web site on the status of the shoes thinking shoes sometimes are delayed b/c they need to be constructed. 10/30/2023 an email reply surprisingly said:"...this order came up as fraud for us and so we have reached out to the credit card issuing company and on their approval of the charge we will then ship the remainder of the order." I showed them that the order total was $425.54 and attached a screen shot of the $425.54 charge on my credit card (which I paid immediately in full). To me this delay of sending the shoes ($115 of the total) makes no sense. It is now over two months since the order was placed. I would like to ask BBB assitance in contacting the company to send the shoes asap (preferred) or refund the $115 +/- tax and shipping. Thank you.Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by Iconix Brand Group Inc. regarding complaint ID ********.I called **************** and also explained that ****************** said they only sent the 3 items and held the $115 shoes because **** said it was a fraud order. The **** representative said they could not see a report of fraud. **** issued to me an approval code (see my new attachments). I was instructed to send it to **** and **** should call **** if they had any questions. **** did say I paid in full and the full amount was paid to the merchant (****).
I sent the approval code to them by their web site communications AND by separate email on November 29, 2023, but so far no no reply. It appears they MIGHT be intending to just keep (steal) the $115+ tax and shipping, but this is speculation on my part since it has only been 4 days+ since I sent the attached information to **** from my chat with ****.
Not sure if Iconix/**** International subsidiary is playing some sort of game. Regardless, this is no way to run a business. Again, I don't know what to do. Why they sent the jacket, T-shirt and cap, but are holding the shoes hostage makes no sense. Not sure why they are refusing to reply to me or the BBB.

I purchased two matching pieces of London fog luggage in 2021 and have used only 2-3 times at most. The retractable handle on my carry on did not lock in place the whole trip this past March while traveling to ****** and back. Both these pieces stayed with me at all times so they were not abused by airline handlers. I had a most difficult time as the handle on carry on did not stay locked in place which made it impossible to be able to attach the accompanying smaller matching luggage (which was supposed to be used together and pulled along as one piece)I have tried numerous numbers for this warranty claim and not one number allows me to stated anything. I am constantly cut off from doing so. I received an email from ****** fog general customer service person who said she could not help with warranty claims but emailed me where. Guess ****** one available to talk to and they too cut me off from leaving any messages. No big surprise there. I did send an email to the so called email address and never got a reply. Also not a surprise at this point. I have sent along all that along with my receipt etc Obviously this is a faulty piece of luggage which is supposedly covered by warranty but it appears they dont want to even hear about it. I would like this situation handled in anyway which will give me a proper working set of luggage or a refund if they cant do that.Customer response

My husband bought it at Burlington and they rip easy. They are a size 12 and they are the high top shoes for men. They cost $50.00 dollars for the sneakers. My husband wants his money back. We were homeless for 3 weeks. He wants it handled and they should go through you guys. We are recovering from covid and I'm on oxygen. We are a disabled couple and we are on social security disability. Resolution, he wants his money back because they get big holes in the fabric. Thank you.Initial Complaint
