I ordered an item from the vendor , specifically a pair of wedding shoes. My shoes were NEVER delivered. I did overnight shipping and stayed home ALL DAY. The delivery courier was *** **. Not only did the shoes NEVER get delivered , *** ** didnt even stop by my home. I was getting married a few days after the scheduled delivery so I made it a point to stay home and wait for my shoes. After they never came I contacted the vendor multiple times. Out of the 28 times ( yes I counted ) I contacted them, they responded to me three times. Each time avoiding the fact that I was telling them I never received my product. Not only that but I sent them my wedding pictures so I could show them the shoes I wore, so they knew I really didnt get them. To this day no one has resolved my issue . My wedding was July 29th. I usually dont complain but this is ridiculous , I spend $70.00 on over night shipping and $320 on shoes , to just be ignored , money stolen , and product not delivered. The shoes I ordered were a very light satin pink with stones all over . I attached a picture of me walking down the the aisle , looking perfect , minus my shoes.Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by Iconix Brand Group Inc. regarding complaint ID ********. I have to this day continuously tried to contact them and they ignore me

I ordered some jeans that didn't fit as advertised received the 1st packet returned for a better fit how to return those also. His 2nd package was sent those weren't fitting properly either I requested a refund and it's been more than several weeks to receive $118.80 I've made numerous contacts with the company that keep making promises to no Avail.
