      I have a gift card that is not being honored by the business. I was told I cannot use it because the business was acquired in 2023 and the new owners refuse to honor any gift cards that were issued prior to that date. There was NO prior warning of any kind (verbal/written) to customers that gift cards would expire, and no warning written on the card itself.

      Purchased $1k gift card for Christmas present for daughter in Dec 22.She tried to use it in Summer 23' and was told she could not. Message in red at top of website when you go to check out that any giftcards bought prior to March 27 , 2023 are no longer valid. Tried calling customer service multiple times in 2023 to no avail. Girls answering phone didn't have info. Finally reached someone who told me to email ************************************************* Said Intermix was bought so GC's not valid. I filled out claim form, heard nothing. EMailed twice and called again in late 23 and early 24'. Just called **************** now at ******************** ( 5/29/24)and *** said that the company who we filed claims with is not sharing any info. We just need to wait. What a scam. Intermix has lost all credibility with me and others we know who are affected. They should be ashamed.

      Intermix requested 40 days to process a return received on September 2nd. It is now more than the 40 days specified and my money has not been returned. Upon calling they requested ***** more days to process the return claiming technical issues that would prevent the return being processed sooner. The agent hung up on me after I insisted to speak with a manager, they claim it will take up to 72 hours to receive a callback from their management team. I just want my money teturn for the goods they have had in their possession since September 2nd

      I purchased a dress from Intermix on May 10th, 2023 for $432.28. When I received the dress, it had a hole in it. I reached out to Intermix who helped facilitate the return for me. I sent back the item for order # *************. I reached out as I hadn't received a refund within a few weeks. They then told me it took 40 days to process the refund. After 40 days with nothing hitting my account, I reached back out and they said they are having technical issues and that's why they haven't sent the money. Every week, I reach out and they give another excuse. It has been MONTHS since I sent back the item. Please help.

      I am filing a complaint because I have two gift cards from Intermix that hold a total value of $2,000 and Intermix is no longer accepting them on their website. When I reached out to Intermix to resolve the issue they referred me to reach out to the claims department via email. I have not heard back after countless email's sent. I would like the company to either write a check for the amount of the gift cards, or provide new gift cards/a store credit that can be used. It is unethical and unfair that the company is stealing money from its customers.

      I have two gift-cards (that are not suppose to expire ever) issued by ********* the sales person at ********************* Intermix store, but they don't accept it as of yesterday. I would like my $1400 money back.

      I received a gift card from my family for my birthday in November. I was saving it to buy something I really wanted and it says online I cant use it. The gift card has $269.50 left on it. This is not right that I cant use this hard earned money that someone used to buy me a gift.

      I was promised by an intermix sales rep 2x in the same convo that I can return an item but when I called to request to return the item they had declined even after the lady had reviewed the recording and acknowledged/confirmed that the previous sales rep stated I can return the item!

      intermix was purchased by the current owners and I have a gift card that is not being honored and I was told that the old owners are the ones that are supposed to provide a refund. Meanwhile there is no way to get ahold of the old owners no wonder they filed for bankruptcy! Total scam
