      I ordered 3 pieces of clothing from *********** (order#*********) on February 26, 2023. Maje sent the items in the wrong sizes. I contacted Maje customer service regarding the sizing issue and they approved the return after I sent photos to them and they then sent me a ***** return label (tracking#**** **** ****) by email on March 3rd 2023. I sent the items back to Maje on March 6 2023. Maje received the returned items on March 8 2023 (see *****). **************** told me over the phone they received the items and I would receive a full refund ($487.86) within 10 business days. 10 business days passed, I still havent received any refund. I called Maje customer service and they are then telling me to expect a refund from 10 to 15 business days. 17 business days have now passed, I still havent received any refund. I called Maje *************) on March 30 and March 31 2023 but I went straight to voicemail. I left two voicemails. I also sent three emails to Customer serverice regarding the refund status and got no answers ******************************************* The person I have been interacting with is named ******. I should have received a full refund by now of $487.86 on my CC ending in ****. Please help!

      I did not receive Order confirmation *********. I contacted Maje and they opened a claim with ****** Maje did not include photos that would prove the package was delivered to the incorrect address when they filed the complaint. The claim was denied by ***** and Maje will not reopen it even though there is proof I did not receive the package.

      The worst online customer service! Avoid! The most ignorant and terrible attitude customer service. They never reply to customer's inquiry email or online form. I tried to call in multiple times but was listening to music for over an hour before it was transferred to a voice mail! This is so ridiculous! Can you actually pay someone to sit at 800 customer line to answer calls?? I made an order online and used the enclosed shipping label to sent it back for a return. But they never confirm on receiving the items. I have to chase the customer service for a refund. Finally someone answered the phone said will get back to me in 5 days after she discusses with manager and investigates the package in warehouse. But she never did!!! Horrible. It's totally unacceptable!Order # ********* This is an order placed on Feb 8th 2022. I sent it back immediately the next day after receiving it Full refund before I contact my Amex card.

      I placed an order online on 10/21/2021 with promo code (Order# *********) and have received the items - found one of the final sale items is defective and sent the photos to Maje quality control for review, now they have confirmed that it is indeed defective and approved the return. However, my request is to either get a replacement instead of refund (since I still want the item) or apply the same promotion to the new order that I'll place (don't want to lose the deal because of the return), but they refused both and said there's no other option, I can only return the item for refund and they won't apply the same promotion to the new order for me. I made sure I'm not requesting something crazy or not realistic, I only want the non-defective item that I've ordered, don't understand why it's so hard. They definitely have very poor customer service that has no empathy to customer needs,

      I made a purchase on *******************/ with my **************** credit card using shoprunner account. The order number is ********5.**************** is offering the maje purchase coupon ******. Therefore, I need to place my order with total amount more than 250 to be eligible for this coupon. The one I really like to purchase was this "fancy lurex knit cardigan (sale price $204)". It was showed my size in stock when I made the purchase. To get the ****** coupon, I placed another shirt in the same time to get the total price > 250. However, I never received this cardigan and was told it was out of stock. Therefore, I called the customer service and wanted to return the shirt. Since if not because of this cardigan, I would not make the purchase at all. They refused so I have to pay $130+ for this single shirt. I think this is a trick maje was playing. Listing popular but out of stock items as available in order to sell less popular items, then reject any return.

      Order #********* said it was delivered 8.31.21- I was out of town and got home the next evening and the package was not there. I waited few days to see if it would show up and still nothing- I tried to call Maje and couldnt get through so I went on there website to the "contact us" forum submitted it on 9.3 and have heard nothing back. At this point I am frustrated and annoyed it seems to be very difficult to get into contact with them- I would like my money back as I never received my order and its been over a week.
