    I ordered a dress from Rebdolls on 8/1 and had returned the item unused with the tags still attached on 8/5. The company received my return on 8/9 and has yet to issue my refund. Ive contacted them on 3 separate occasions by email and their response is that they are experiencing delays. They said there is no phone number to call and are unable to provide a date of when this will issued. Their website says refunds will be issued within 14 (business days), which would be 8/28 and I have not received an email saying this will be processed.

    Monday, June 24, I needed to return two dresses that I'd already paid for and needed to exchange them for a new item. The total credit amount would have been $78.28. I decided to get order a dress from the credit and get the rest of the refund sent back to my card.The return/exchange instructions clearly state that the items need to be returned to Rebdolls by July 8th to avoid being charged for the two dresses - again. I accepted that option and my card was IMMEDIATELY charged for the two dresses. Yesterday, June 25, I reached out to customer service who told me that they charge for the dresses being returned when I use the exchange option. I asked why that would be since I'd already paid for the dresses in full from the beginning and why they would just charge for the new item. I asked if we could cancel the exchange and just refund my money. They stopped responding to me and I'm still awaiting and answer.Further, they were supposed to mail the exchange yesterday and they have not so I won't get the new dress that I need in time for my event.

    I had bought a shirt through the Rebdolls website. It didnt fit so I went on the website to exchange the shirt for a different size. The exchanged shirt came in and still felt a little off so I just went to the website to buy a different size. I wanted to compare the size to see how it fit compared to the exchanged shirt I got and the new shirt I bought worked better. So I went to do the return for the exchanged shirt I had. Well when I put in the order the option was store credit or back to my card. It said I would get LESS back to my card versus store credit. I have till June 7th to return it. I have the tags and the packaging still. The store credit said I would get $***** back versus going back to my card which would be $40.61. The shirt costs $44.90 originally. I emailed their customer service to find out why I would get less back. They went on about because the shipping would be deducted from the refund which I get that and I was fine with that. It would be $7.99 for shipping fees taken out of what I would get back which was fine. But they are giving me the run around about the taxes. I shouldnt get less than what the shirt even costs and told them its theft on their end for not refunding me back what I paid. I also told them in the email that the store credit shouldnt be more versus getting back on my card because regardless which option I chose I still have to send back the shirt. All I want is to return the exchanged shirt and get refunded back the correct amount before the date of 6/7. Even taking away the shipping fee of 7.99 I should still be getting back ***** if I was to subtract that from my total of what I paid which was ***** or the ***** that the store refund would give me if I chose that option. The store refund shouldnt be more than what a person paid with their credit card. They are giving me the run around through the emails Ive sent their customer service and Im not happy about it. I cant find the phone number to call them either.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Rebdolls NY, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********. Ive only been told where their return location was because I sent them an email asking for the return address. That was it. I returned it and ended up paying for shipping but my credit card company refunded me the whole amount from Rebdolls after I explained the situation. They need to be held accountable since its not professional of them to do this to customers and to not respond back to you either. We shouldnt have to go through hoops to get the right refund from them our go through our credit card companies to fight the charge to get the right amount back.

    Order number ****** I purchased a sequins jumpsuit that is defected. Upon requesting a return, I noticed the item is not returnable. I believe the seller is aware of the problems with the garment thus not allowing any returns. The garment has tiny sequins and loose threads. When walking or just moving at all, the threads become entangled with the sequins making for the item to be very uncomfortable and difficult to detach without snagging. This happened immediately after trying the garment on to ensure it would fit properly. Amount paid is approximate

    I placed an order on 7/27/23 for the **************** Maxi Dress and paid $52.19 on my MasterCard credit card. My card was charged, but I never received a confirmation email. I emailed to cancel this order and have gotten absolutely no where with their customer service. I emailed the same day of purchase asking to cancel the order and provided details of the order, I first received an automated message. Then I received a message asking me to reiterate what was in my initial message and then I never heard from them again. I still do not have confirmation of the purchase and will now work with my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will never purchase anything from Rebdolls ever again.
