      Do not buy anything from these people! Cheap Chinese products. I brought a jacket for over 200, just for it to be defective. Reached out to them and got the runaround and disrespected by the employees! First and last time I purchase from them. They need to be shut down.

      CORRUPT AND DO NOT CARE Horrible customer service and policy!!!!!!!!! Ordered a coat. When delivered I try on for fit. It was the right size so I took the tags off. The next day I put it on and in the mirror I noticed a seeing defect that made an indent in the zipper area making the coat not smooth all the way down. I texted customer support. I got ****** and went back and forth with him and he said he had to escalate my compliant and would get a response within a few days. But the same day, I received an email from ****** stating that they regret that cant do anything about. I responded again to ask them to do the right thing. Again, we regret. **. Mind you, the coat was unworn and still NEW! So I made a complaint with my bank. They sided with me and refund the full transaction. There are too many REPUTABLE, CARING companies that actually care about their customers. They will never get my money again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop with them.

      The business has questionable business practices that make it hard to return items e.g. a) Something purchased online can only be returned if it has "Tags still on" b) Something purchased online cannot be returned in store c) Something purchased in an outlet mall needs to be returned at the same place needing a significant dirve. Also the product quality has gone down significantly

      I cannot get them to stop sending me notifications -texts all day long. Their instructions do not work on my phone. Their customer service is useless . I dont know what else to do

      I wish the customer service was as good as merchandise. I have shopped at this company off and on about ten years. I have finally decided to review this company because of bad customer service. I recently bought several T shirts online and one had a tiny hole in the back of this shirt. I decided to take it into the store along with some other items because I needed to exchanging for other sizes. The employee and then manager informed me that they dont return merchandise without a tag. I had just taken the tag off because I didnt know I was going to have to return it because of the hole. I explained this to the manager and she just repeated the same thing that she said before. Im extremely unsatisfied that this retailer doesnt stand behind its items and make some accommodations for customers. I just purchased this shirt and it has a very tiny hole in the back of this shirt. This company needs to have some different policies regarding customer service. They also dont offer returns for online purchases in the store. I will think twice about buying anything in the future from this retailer because of the poor customer service or regard for customer loyalty.

      I purchased a down coat for $69.99 in a Uniqlo store in ************* as a gift for a friend in ******** **. My friend simply wanted to return it for another size, same item. He was told that he would have to pay CA sales tax to make the even exchange. They suggested a gift card in exchange. The problem is, if he wants to get the same coat in a different size now the price has gone up $10 dollars (plus the tax). There is also the issue of online VS in store purchases, be very careful. Very deceptive advertising. After I purchased this coat for $69.99, I was bombarded with texts and emails from Uniqlo that there as a price reduction on the same coat online to $39.99. When I went to view the coat online all sizes and colors were sold out, the stores are full. This is obviously a way to get you to return to their website. STAY AWAY! Shop at a store with better customer service. Oh, and when I called to complain they took my information and told me they would contact me in 24 to 48 hours by email with their decision on how they would go forward.

      This was a big mistake. I ordered men's XXL and got women's XXL. To return/exchange, I would need to pay for return shipping (for their mistake). What a low class organization. If you want quality and accurate ordering, avoid this organization like the plague.

      I bought a 3 pack of ankle length socks. After wearing one of the pairs once, it had a hole in the ankle. I brought that pair back to the store with my receipt. At first they werent going to give me a refund. Eventually they said theyd refund $7 to my account. It is now over a month later and I have still not received the credit on my credit card with which Id paid for the purchase originally. I have had emails back and forth with a customer service rep. *** current claim is that I used Apple Pay which I have never used and that I should check with my bank. At this point I consider this fraud. I will never shop there again. ***y have shoddy products and shady business practices.

      After reading rave reviews about some of the "airsim" undergarments they have, I decided to purchase 5 pairs for an international trip. At 15$ a pair, these are not cheap undergarments. I tried out 2 pairs, washing on gentle, cold and hang drying as instructed. Unfortunately, the underwear rides up and is EXTREMELY uncomfortable. After two wears, the underwear was ripping and piling. I contacted customer service, sent them images, to which they responded they would do nothing to rectify or refund the cost. I returned the pairs I did not wear and will never be doing business here again as these are terrible business practices.

      This company absolutely refuses to take me off their e mail list. DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!! It is such an annoyance and they should be ashamed of themselves
