            BUYER BEWARE!!!!I purchased 2 pairs of shorts from X-RAY JEANS back in June. The items were delivered to my post office but a delivery notice was never sent to me.Time passed and the items were sent back to X RAY JEANS. If a return is made, a refund should follow, correct? NOPE!I called X RAY JEANS, no one ever answers. Just an automated service. I emailed them, NOTHING. I even direct messaged them on ********************** NOTHING.So I decided to get my bank, ******** involvedAnd after FIVE MONTHS of disputing back and forth MY BANK leaves the situation in my lap saying that I have to get the money back from X RAY JEANS, which at this point is NEVER gonna happen.Long-story-made-short, be careful shopping online and dont assume that YOUR bank will help youthey dont care about protecting youthey care about protecting businesses.
