They are rude .they dont answer the phone they cancel your matter # so you cant pay. They just know how to keep harassing and filing lawsuits they are the bottom of the barrel representing disgusting low life collection agencies.Review from Amanda K

I was served papers at my home. When you call their business, they are rude. You can't explain the situation, and mine is bad (SSD) disabled and they do not care. If you get rude because they won't listen, they hang up on you. The payment plans do not work within a budget I can afford, so damned if I do, damned if I don't. So either I don't pay my bills, end up homeless, go without food, and pay them, or vise versa. They are heartless, money hungry, tyrants. If you get served by them, your best bet is to file bankruptcy.Review from Arlasa D

This agency served me court papers at my residence regarding one of creditors. I contacted them to set up payment plan and received rude treatment. I tried t explain my situation and the individual I spoke to did not want to hear anything I said. I was told if a payment is missed, they will file a judgment against me. This is a collection agency and they purchase debts from creditors. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They will not allow you to explain your situation and will hang up the phone. If you are one day late, you will be receiving a DEFAULT LETTER. This law office is VERY DISRESPECTFUL and i dont understand why anyone would want to conduct any business with them. Staff need to be trained on customer service.
