  Worst experience with a lender I ever had. On the day of closing all terms of the loan changed including interest rate and terms. Spoke to one of the directors **************** dont feel like she was completely professional she told me she would just transfer my appraisal to another lender literally the day of closing. Professionalism is not good. Not sure how lenders like this still exist. Not to mention all the last minute hoops o had to jump in to prove my unit was rented. They were mad a tenants boyfriend paid her deposit. **** loan was terrible they approved me then decided to take the lowes of all rental rates when I clearly had a lease for 400 more. Please listen when I tell you stay away from this lender.

  Beware of this "lender". I was on the listing side of a deal where Haus Lending was the lender. They are a subsidiary of ****** and *** *******. I had the same experience as many are reporting on ****** Reviews and their BBB page. ***** ***** was the buyers LO. Horrible customer service. Virtually no communication. Tons of extensions and run-around, and ultimately - the buyer was denied financing. Probably the worst experience with a lender I've had. I feel for the buyers as I'm sure they are out money and we all lost a lot of time.

  First, let me start off by saying *********************** who works for Haus Lending is AMAZING! You wont find a better person. I have used Haus for two deals, but tried three times. Every time working with them has been arduous, stressful, and outright unpleasant. Seemingly, Haus Lending has sooo many hands in the cookie jar the other person has no idea what's going on. Example. I was asked to furnish the same document multiple times by multiple people. Come to find out my ************* was experiencing the same issue and being asked to furnish the same documents. Haus Lending failed to disclose fees upfront and weather or not they could perform on the loan within their ***************************************************** to lose my $4000 ******* money. Haus Lending failed to give us an update as to if we could close on time which delayed the close of escrow and put my ******* money at risk yet again. It's unethical for Haus lending to not disclose all fees upfront and wait until the very end of the transaction because it puts me in a position where i have to pay the fees or id cancel contract and risk possible lawsuit or losing my money. Haus Lending sent another barrowers sensitive account info to my ************ in place of mine. At closing I questioned fees which needed to be taken up with "The Lawyers". When i enquired no one could explain a fee of $1273.40. All in all working with them on three separate transactions has been a total nightmare. I do not recommend you working with them.

  The company has no operational staff that can be contacted. You receive ZERO email response from the ops department. They dont review documents you send. The reps are 3rd rate residential loan officer left overs who couldnt cut it there. ***************** is a rep there who claims to have 30 years experience deflects and pushes blame back on the broker, despite the fact he doesnt review anything sent to him. I've spent 21 years in residential finance, and closed dozens of fix and flip with other companies, I've never experienced such disarray in the lending business. Stay away from this firm. Its shocking they are still in business.

  This company should not be allowed to any further their business. They will continue to lead you along until you truly believe you will be approved. Asking for things that were already provided multiple times. The most aggravating part about this entire experience is that we were not given any legitimate reasoning as to why we were denied a loan after mountains of paperwork and resending emails. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere. We were also charged $750 for an appraisal that was never completed. ******************* must be in on the scam with them. After multiple phone calls and emails regarding a refund, we finally had to dispute the transaction with our bank. Hopefully we will get our money back. I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. *********************** is by far and above the worst loan officer I have ever worked with. Someone at BBB and the **** should take a long hard look at this company and the scam they are running!!

  Try to take your money and not close. They act like they have zero intention of closing, only collecting fees. If you do make it past there circus of an operation they will try to kill the deal at the table by dumping thousands in fees that weren't part of the contract. The reps are the rudest people I have ever met. I am busy repairing relationships with my realtor, lawyers, etc. Refused to let me lock in a rate. The company does not want to fund! 6 months of resending emails that I already sent. The personal helping me was disorganized rude, and couldn't even write an email. That's the ***** Stay away don't even think about it.

  This company is now attempting to use an email from a different individual claiming it is me, in order to remove the review. They can't even get your name right after 6 months of back and forth. Just another example of either ineptitude, or slimeyness.
