      Dear Sir/Ma'am: I bought 3 monthes of Trade Algo a week ago. The training person forgot to show me his PC monitor while training me, and the salesman ********************* lied and said that the BBB didn't have anything on him, while the BBB gave Trade Algo an "F" rating. Please cancel my account and refund me $495.00 which I paid a week ago, for the service.

      My name is *************************. I am the durable power of attorney for my stepfather, ************************On Jan 26, 2023 and Feb 9, 2023, TA Fintech debited Guy's checking account for $300 and $2,995, respectively. They claim to offer Trading Software. *** is 83 years old, lives off Social Security, and lives in an assisted living facility in *******, **. He doesn't have money to trade stocks, and doesn't have the mental wherewithal to use this trading software.He has some health issues related to a head injury he had while serving in the military when he was young. He regularly sees a neurologist. These health issues cause confusion and anxiety.I have reached out to the company by email requesting a refund on three different occasions without response. I would like to have the company refund Guy the $3,295. Please advise. Thanks.

      Its a Scam.When I purchased it. I definitely asked about the money back guarantee first before i purchased Tradealgo. They sent a copy of there guarantee. After trying to implement the service, i notice it did not work. I noticed it was a Scams. I tried to wrap my head around the fact it didn't work for me. But i noticed it was definatly not what was stated. I contacted the company several times through calls and emails. I reported i wanted a refund. They said they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. That was June 28, 2023. Its now October 22, 2023. They never got back to me when after that. But the company still sends me info and call to get me to buy more products. Never received a refund. I receive any correspondence about a refund. They just left me hanging. I tried to go through my credit card company. They said, If i would have contacted them in a certain amount of time. They could have stopped the charges. So know the time limit you have with your credit card company to stop payment I'm out $2250. But they still send me info to purchase more products. There are products out the that can help you become a better trader. But try to find someone that backs there guarantee. $2250 was a lot of money to waste. BE CAREFULL!!!!!

      Had an agent fm Algo ****** call me to market his companies product of picking stocks for profit. Said he was going to make sure I made money with this product. He was calling that I should not miss this opportunity as it is going to go up in price when its open on the stock market ect. To get him to stop the high pressure sales tactics (I should have just blocked his number If I had call blocking) but I told him I'll get the $200. Paid $195 (as I didnt have the $200) on 25.09.23. Problem is none of that funds I later realized is going to go to the actual investing. I was scheduled to have a orientation w/ some female but could not keep the appt as I was looking for a place to stay (shelter wise, still in me truck!) So I could not be in front of a library computer. That the $200 I would have to have for their membership dues, which if I didnt have money to invest (living hand to mouth) how would I even have that?! I was trying to cancel a while back but could not figure out which group this was or how to contact them. As most of the correspondence is via text. Finally got someone on the line and she took the info down. Have not even logged onto this companies website. Have not clue whats its about but wanted BBB be the mediator for my refund. Thank you

      I requested a refund and they asked me to give them more time to try them out. I am not interested in their product. I have emailed and called several more times and have been put off every time.

      Results were not as promised with dark pool trading. I gave this program a fair shot of 3 months with no edge gained from their product. I called and requested a refund. Received and email from a person who Identified themselves as ***** - "President of support at Trade Algo" who asked that I consider giving the program another try with elevated "Presidential Member Lifetime Account" for another 12 month trial. In fairness I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I would have liked if this program actually did work. Tried it out for another 4 months and found that it still didn't give me any edge that I didn't already possess. The dark pool info was useless. I called back in and now which ever of the 4 options you choose, you just get routed to answering service, no more live voices of personnel who work directly for the company, who route you to an automated voice that tells you to send emails to refunds at ************* and also mentions that there is now a 45 delay on refunds. That alone shows problems with the company as there should not be an issue refunding money and have such a delay unless there is a liquidity problem. 6 unanswered emails later and several more months have passed and no response.

      TradeAlgo promised a refund within six months and when I requested the refund they offered to upgrade my account and extend the refund period to 12 months.I have attached a detailed chronological sequence of my interactions with them

      Trade Algo has a written / legal cancellation policy of a refund within 6 months of an annual subscription. I purchased their Algo recommendations / notifications subscription in Jan , 2023. I contacted the customer satisfaction ******* named ****** & followed up with the cancellation request with the customer support email address listed on their website, in May, 2023. I was told of a 45 day waiting period for the refund. Considering, my payment was made via Paypal & that Paypal gave only 180 days to file a dispute, I trusted TA would honor the refund. After speaking with them several *************** over these last few months, they have not given me any further info on when the refund would take place. I have a copy of the 6 month refund policy & the email sent / response from their support *****

      I bought a subscription from TradeAlgo because I thought it would help me in trading with the stock market and because they offered a money back guarantee for 6 months for any reason. I bought it on 9/5/22, and decided to cancel it because it was hard to trade with the time difference between ****** and ********. I called them on 11/22/22 to request a refund and they said okay but it will take awhile. On 11/26/22, I got an email from the President of Support, offering me many upgrades, and even offering me a 12 month money back guarantee. So I decided to give it a little more time to see if I could get anything out of it, but it didn't seem to work out for me so I emailed them back on 1/17/23 to say that I have to decline their offer and still would like my refund. They emailed me on the same day with more offers and a 12 month money back guarantee with a 20% discount. In the same email, they also wrote "Should you decline there is no need to respond back. We have already begun your refund process and you can have confidence that it will be processed as described on your invoice." So I waited for my refund until 4/24/23 and then I emailed them asking for them to check if my refund is still being processed. They did not respond so I emailed them back on 5/2/23 and also on 5/4/23. They emailed me back saying my status says that I accepted their offer. I emailed them on 5/6/23 telling them that their previous email said that they have already begun to process my refund. On 5/7/23, they emailed me saying they have forwarded my email the the Refunds Team. On 5/23/23 I emailed them asking what the holdup is. On the same day, they said the delay was due to limitations with their processor. On 8/2/23 I emailed them again asking when my refund was coming. They emailed me the same day saying they have forwarded my email to the Refunds Team. I called them on 8/7/23, they said it will take around 45 days and someone will get back to me soon. No one got back to me.
