      In Oct 26, 2022, I purchased there product with a 6 month back guarantee. The product sounded so good, it was worth checking out. It was not what they claim it to be and it did not do what they claimed it would for me. On Feb 3, I reached out to them looking to cancel my membership and recieve the refund. It took 12 calls a several emails before i got a reply. They did cancel my access to the product the week of Feb 19th. I then finally got an email on Feb 23 stating they would cancel my membership and issue a refund, but they were having problems with their processor and this would take 45 days. This excuse is all over the internet, only it used to be a 15 day delay. Then after the 15 you get nothing. Well, I called today and was told be ******** that i was not even on the refund list. It was my final call before contacting the Better Business Bureau. He told me to do what I must. He did also say it would be escalated, but it had already been escalated 4 times. I am looking for my $3795 to be returned.

      I requested a full refund from Trade Algo on 12/16/22. I was told it would take 15 days to process. After repeated calls to the support number I received an email from support on 2/9/23 stating " We recently had an issue with our processing merchant and are currently experiencing a backlog in payments and refunds." It has been another 12 days and still, no follow up. The emails I received gave no named individual or phone number for contact. I have seen multiple recent complaints about refunds on Trustpilot and other sites. It was only through a site called "Start Engine" that I found a corporate address. Trade Algo's website list neither the corporate name and address, nor the owner's names.

      11/27/22 $3500 To whom it may concern,I purchased a software and coaching membership in the amount of $3500. I was told that I had a six months, no questions, money back guarantee. On January 4, 2023, I formally requested a refund, via email.I promptly received a response. I was told that it could take up to 15 business days. I allowed 15 business days to pass. I called on the status on my refund, only to be informed that they didn't have anything on record! I was asked to resubmit the request. I was to submit it to *********************************** which I did. I have been calling all week to ensure that the refund request will be honored! 02/04/23 I called asking for an update, to my surprise I was informed that they still haven't received the email. I asked to speak to a manager, which I did. He spelled out the email address where to submit the refund request.I told him that I would call back a few minutes later to verify that they received the refund request.Well, the number I had been calling is no longer active. I had used it in the last half hour. They obviously don't have any plans on reimbursing me and I'm playing games...

      I signed up for a membership in TradeAlgo (and I have a full year money back guarantee) and have not been able to get my money back nor are they even acknowledging the emails that I send. They have pushed back and suggested I continue to try and since Nov. I have asked for a refund and have gotten no reply and no refund. Although the services above were provided they were not satisfactory. Information was delayed and sometimes did not work. Trading analysts are condescending and treat members poorly. Trading information and the environment wasnt positive and alerts were not very profitable.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: Yes, there is prolonged communication. Business states refund will be processed within 15 business days of request.
