    I was charged $228.00 on November 7th, 2021. I texted ***** at Slidebean on November 22nd, 2021 asking to cancel the membership, since no longer using. ***** texted me back stating the membership was cancelled. I had no idea Slidebean would charged me $228.00 even though I cancelled the membership on November 22nd, 2021. Please see the attached screen shots of my texts with Slidebean. I should not have been charged $228.00 and should have gotten a refund.Slidebean is claiming ***** from Slidebean forgot to issue me a credit on my **** credit card. I spoke with **** to dispute this charge, but it is outside the 4 month window and **** can't dispute it. **** said I need to approach Slidebean for a refund.Slidebean has been very unprofessional and refuses to provide me a refund. ******* from Slidebean emailed me stating they don't have a way of getting users' credentials without a subscription process and consent. What's weird is my **** account information is NOT on their website, yet they originally charged my **** ending in ****. Their excuse to not refund me is beyond frustrating.I am being very reasonable asking for a full refund.P.S.-Slidebean doesn't have a phone number and correspondence is only via text on there website and email.I would greatly appreciate it if Slidebean would issue me a full $228 refund either via my **** credit card or a company check.Thank You,*************************

    On April 4, 2022, I signed an agreement with SlideBean based on the promises and examples made on their website. They promise to have work done within 1.5 weeks. It is now, June 6th and the work that they have provided failed to meet their own standards in which they promised. **************************************************** I provided their team with information that they required to draft a deck strategy and create the deck. What was delivered was far from what they promised. In their terms of agreement, they have the following listed that if there are creative differences there's no partial refund *****ed. 1) The first delivery of my product, didn't align with our conversations nor the information that I delivered 2) I agreed on a small design concepts, when the full concept was delivered it was text heavy and they basically utilized a design that I shared with them from my overview for marketing purposes not investor purposes which are two different audiences. 3) Admittedly, they mentioned that they were understaffed - after I made a compliant which laddered into the tardiness and lack of attention into the delivery of my product. I asked repeatedly for a refund and/or a partial refund. Their policy obviously made to the customer if somehow there's something that the customer has done wrong; in this case, they are at fault and have refused to ***** a refund. I have asked the agency lead to escalate this to the management. I spent $2,000 and have nothing to show for it. They have all the information and details that they need (more than enough) and have failed to deliver. I even tried to make it easier on them by laying it out graphically. They basically want me to pay them to do the work myself. I would like BBB to work through this with me. It's unfortunate that they have failed to deliver. I had a lot of faith in their company based the claims on the website.
