This consignment shop changed locations, changed their store name, nullified their email and didnt tell patrons who consign their items there. I had to track them down through Instagram and now they wont release my items to me. They owe me money and items back. When I went to the store they were rude and insulting. I even had to call the police who told me that I have to press charges. They are scammers and the public should be made aware.

*************************** is a consignor who has been paid and shown proof of payments.
The complaint he has lodged is filled with factually untrue statements. The email addresses for both locations are fully functional. Consignors, including ******, were notified of the move. We have not had a complaint in 2 1/2 years and in fact have glowing reviews. ********************* and curse at the staff and caused a disturbance in the store (video proof is available). A customer asked him to leave because his erratic behavior was frightening. He was given information as to how to connect with management and he refused even though procedures are duly noted on contracts. He called the police who informed him that HIS BEHAVIOR was inappropriate. The police looked at the receipt showing proof of payment and informed ****** that he must leave the store area and escorted him away.  ****** did not adhere to outlined consignment procedures and even requested that items be shipped to ******. ****** blanketed our social media pages with hateful and untruthful statements. He has threatened litigation which is unjustified  but we welcome. ****** was also informed that a complete accounting will be provided in 7 days.

The owner is telling lies. I have proof that she still has my items on the shelf. I have proof she stopped replying to my emails. She doesnt not have proof that she told me about relocating, I had to find out on my own. She did not tell me about moving my clothes to another location. She did not provide contact information to the new location. I did not curse at the staff. The police did not side with her, she was not even present at the time of the incident. She showed proof of an old item that sold. Not the ones she still possesses and is actively selling. How can her debts be paid if she is still selling my clothes? How can you pay someone before the items sell? Right there in proof she is lying. Anyone can go and see my items are still on her shelves. If the video of me harassing the store exists please share here. She is horrible at communicating and doesnt care about her clients time. Horrible business practice. She even told me i could pick my items up in 2 days, now she says she is paid up? Complete lies. I will take her to court.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This store manager, not even the owner sent me a falsified accounting that was just an email not even a real accounting and I have proof she lied and added additional items to past sale prices in an attempt to conceal her malignant actions. She also lied about paying me out. She claimed she made a payment of 415$ via Zelle for the remaining 5 items she is still selling on the shelves. I have bank records to prove her wrong. Banks do not lie. So I have proof of her falsifying documents which is illegal and proof from my bank that I was not paid. This business is corrupt. When I sent an email asking for proof and clarification she was not able to prove her claim even after I sent her 7 images of documentation. She is egregiously lying and trying to normalize theft. She also claims I am harassing by simply asking for my property and correct documentation. She is trying to distract from the fact they have no proof of their claims while I do. And not only this they welcome court to settle this matter. This is a serious crime and the rest of the patrons need to be made aware of this store and their unprofessionalism. I have proof of all my claims while she cannot provide a single piece of evidence to back her claims. Red Flag.
