I signed up for a program with NDR 2 days ago. I have since reviewed my finances in more detail and I cannot afford it. I have spoken to FIVE people now and they still won't cancel the agreement. I don't want to talk to people trying to convince me to stay in a plan I cannot afford. Please cancel the agreement. I will be contacting my back to block NDR from taking money out of my account. Thank you.

Today I saw that NDR took 770 dollars out of my account with no explanation. Two separate payments of 210 and 560. Apparently I was told back in december during the settlement that eventually I would have to pay 560 towards this . I dont remember this, but I do remember conveying through the months that I was only able to give a certain amount due to my job pay and other expenses such as student loans. I was told that the loan was settled and paid off back in late April. to my frustration i asked why in God's name did they take 770 out of my banking account leaving a negative balance when i have other expenses. I was told I would get a follow up either on the 11th or the 12th with some sort of (not a granted refund). So far it has been a good experience with them until it comes down to things like this where it seems like they move in smoke and mirrors with my money.

I have signed up for this program in December 2022, with 24 accounts to be settle, so far, I have paid $15560 which has been distributed as follows ($8,755.38) just for fees and only $6,804.62 has been paid to my creditors, they state they charged 25% supposed to be from the original balance. All my credit cards are now either charge off or collections, this isn't a program to help the customer since they don't even focus on request a pay to delete letter or some sort of arrangement in helping the credit report porting to improve. It is so sad that I am been trying to buy a house and this program didn't help me instead s**** me all of the way. I only signed due to be impacted from Hurricane ***, so my cars got flooded, which isn't nobody faults other that mother nature

I contacted *** on June 27, 2024 regarding my financial situation. They rushed me through an application. On June 28, 2024, I contacted *** to amend the agreement which they completed. However, on June 29, 2024 at 10:02 am PST, I contacted the customer service line ************ and spoke to a worker to find out the steps necessary to cancel the 6/27/24 contract. The representative said she was transferring my call but instead she terminated the call. When I tried to call back at 10:07 am, 10:08 am, 10:09 am and 10:10 am, I was greeted with an automated message which stated that I was calling outside of normal business hours (which wasn't the case). When I tried to reach the *** representative at 10:26 am PST who initiated the contract at a different number *************), I received the same auto message that I was calling outside of normal business hours. *** has obviously blocked my phone number. I have sent emails to the originating representative as well as ********************************** in attempts to cancel the contract. These email contain a signed statement to terminate the contract. I am extremely concerned that *** is trying to avoid my contact.

I decided to turn to then for some help for a financial situation that I fell upon. The guy I spoke to sold it. We broke down what I'd be paying per pay period. I was excited about how it would go. Since April, I've been putting money into them, and my creditors started getting aggressive. I notified them, and they said ignore them, give them this NY number and it's part of the process. During this time, some of my creditors sent emails to negotiate my debts at a cost lower than National Debt Relief was going to do. Again, I was told to ignore them. I log in and I see a message saying contact them. I do. Im put on hold for 17 minutes. I call back and am put on hold for 10 minutes, all to have someone answer and tell me they can't help me and I'll have to be transferred to yet another person. This is going to be your experience. We'll. As you can see by the pictures. Nothing has been negotiated. I could of have 4 of my debts negotiated on my own and probably settled already had I not utilized them. So now I submitted a cancellation and they're playing with my money. To date I've paid them $1222.50. They're showing my balance being $906. I want a FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY OF $1222.50. It's funny. They shut off everything in my portal and give me this long message about helping me but NOT A SINGLE WORD ABOUT MY REFUND, when to expect, and why its wrong. STAY AWAY AND NEGOTIATE YOUR OWN DEBT!!!!!!!!

Around September last year, I joined National Debt Relief with over $9,000 in debt. Instead of paying creditors directly, I contributed about $127 bi-weekly into a savings account. ********************** used these funds to negotiate settlements.Earlier this year, they told me I had about 20 months of payments left. Then they introduced me to **************** suggesting a loan from them would prevent missed payment reports. I agreed if the payments and duration remained similar.During discussions with **************** I noticed the loan terms extended my repayment significantly. The representative assured me it would be about the same after finalization.Recently, *************** informed me I would be making 93 bi-weekly payments of $117, starting in July, totaling almost four years. Their documentation showed my original balance with National Debt Relief was $9,756, settled for $6,414.12. However, I had paid $2,315.31 to National Debt Relief, almost matching their "Debt Settlement Fees" of $2,439.Effectively, my payments were largely for settlement fees. *************** disbursed $6,809.06 to my National Debt Relief account to settle the debts. If I complete 93 payments of $117.12, the total would be $10,890.88, plus the $2,315.31 already spent, making it $13,206.19 for an original balance of $9,756.This raises concerns:- What was the benefit of working with National Debt Relief?- Why was I told ***************'s loan was advantageous?- Why was I misled about the repayment duration? This feels very predatory and deceptive.

I have made a lump sum payment top pay off this account in full. Made the payment at the end of May and was told to call back June 5. I ***** called back several times, and I never get the same explanation. The last call back on June 19 I was told that NDR banking would expediate the payment to my last account and that I would get a call back. Neither happened.I have made several calls regarding this- each time I get a different response. Every one i have talked to does not seem to know what they are talking about, nor do they show any concern over this. Until this issue is settled, I am not confident that they are able to close the account, nor will I pursue other spending until this matter is taken care of. NDR has my payoff, but they seem to refuse to close my account by paying off my last credit account with the due balance. They have my account balance of $3,855.83 which they need to pay Apple ********************* and i should not have to wait almost a month for this to occur..

I entered into this agreement with the full understanding I would be charged a one time fee of ****** per account settlement. I was assured this over and over. I believed them, until I decided to look at my account 6/ 15/ 2024. I was getting calls from Mercury Card aka *********** I called National they told me to block the calls or ignore them. So I decided in the 15th to look at my account with ********************** and was shocked to see these Fees and what little was paid to Mercury. ******* claims no settlement and no money paid by National on my Mercury Card in my behalf. So I called National terminated my agreement 6/15/3024. the manager at National told me on the 15th no payments were ever made to Mercury and was told call Tuesday 6/18/2024 to inquire about my refund. I called 6/18/2024 and was given the runaround and told payments were made to Mercury. And no refund. They DUPED me out of ******* and no Debt paid and ripped me off for service fees ************** the service of preying on people caught in a jam? lying to them to steal their hard earned money? and then lying to them and brushing them off? I was also promised an accounting of money paid to ******* ,never got that. The pics, are what I have on a supposed CLOSED account.

I used national debt relief to help settle credit card issues, they transferred me to a secondary company because Iowa has to have a law firm represent me. I had forgotten I signed up for automatic withdrawals. I paid for a stop payment at the bank and when I dissolved the agreement we (myself and the company) were under the impression they did not need to return the second payment because I had stopped the payment. I found out through my bank that they didn't stop it and now I have to try and get the money back myself. However after they confirmed that they would give me a refund I have been hung up on once I was transferred to their help desk. The following day, the man answering the phone insisted I identify myself so he could look up the account before transferring me. I was put on hold for about 20 minutes and then I had to take another call so I hung up and called back later. I called back later in the morning and this time I asked to be put through to management and they left me on hold for two hours without answering. This service was provided through an accredited debt resolution service, and I feel as if I unkowlingly got transferred to a less reputable company who is now attempting to hold my money.

Im sorry you couldnt access them, It took me and a library staff employee to try to figure out how to upload them.  For some reason it was some strange custom setting or something.  They were emails requesting my money back from the only point of contact I had.  I had signed up for national debt reief, and I hadnt realized they transferred me to a secondary company when they explained that I had to have legal representation in **** to negotiate my credit card debt.  They had me provide my bank account information to set aside funds to pay once they negotiated a resolution for my credit card debts.  I noticed the second withdrawl and went to the bank and paid for a stop payment and then called the law firm to dissolve the agreement, and told them about the stop payment, and we both were under the impression that the bank had stopped the second withdrawl.  After two days I inquired with the bank and they told me it was my job to get the funds back.  I called the law firm back and they agreed I was owed the second payment transferred me to the correct department where I was on hold for about half and hour and then hung up on Friday evening.  I couldnt get through after that.  I called Saturday morning, and had give me information to get transferred to the help desk, and was on hold for about 30 minutes when I had to hang up.  I called back asking to get transferred and they made me identify myself again and this time I asked if I could talk to a manager.  I was on hold for two hours without my call being picked up.  Sunday I sent an email to ****** the lawyer I had been talking to asking about the issue, and then contacted you.  At this point my money has been returned to me.  It was a very long difficult process, but at this point seems to have been resolved.  Is there a way I can forward emails to you instead of attaching documents, or is there someting I need to do to change the document so you can read them?

I started with the company in January. Only made a couple payments and opted to back out since it was not the right fit. I understand I can not get the money back that went to a creditor but they are keeping $758 of my money for their fees. I also had $98 sitting in my deposit account which should have went back to my bank when I cancelled on the 12th but instead they took it for themselves on the 13th as a fee. They take $18.00 out for court fees and I never had to go to court so I feel like I should get that back as well. Also, I am losing the creditor settlement that they settled with which I completely understand so how can they take my $758? They are scam artist because I called the previous month and asked what would happen if I opted out and they said I would get that money back. I have no issues asking them to pull up that recorded line.
