  Petal offered me to apply. I have score of over 700 with NO late payments. I thought I was applying for a NO DING application. BUT NO. THEY RAN THE WHOLE THOING WITHOUT MY CONCENT. THEY WONT WORK WITH ME.

  I have had this card for almost 4 years. Got a credit line increased. The first year hasn't seen a credit line increase in many years. I get charged 8% of my balance every single month, and the card is basically unusable. I've called to try to get multiple increases. They do not do manual increases. It is just completely random. I have other cards with way higher credit limits. Dim my pedal card but I deal with them because they're one of my first cards, you really have to determine if I want to take the credit score bump or continue to pay $8 for the rest of my life not able to upgrade to the pedal ii card if you already have a pedal 1 card. Don't like this company stay away

  After having a Petal 2 card (no fees) for over a year and paying on time every single month, I was demoted to the lowest tier of Petal card with fees ($96/yr). The benefits werent great so unfortunately I canceled it, taking the credit score bump. For a company that prides itself on helping people with no credit build credit for the first time, it is super predatorymaking good customers pay to keep what is likely their first credit account open in order to maintain their credit score. Particularly when they sign up on the basis that there are no fees, and are not told that the no-fee phase would expire.

  Do not get this card because they are backstabbers. When i signed up there were no fees. Then they started charging me 8 dollars a month. They can take a long walk off of a short pier. I hope they run out of business.

  I received the petal card in the month of Sept.2022. My very first payment due in Oct.2022. To make payments to the card PETAL CARD wants an another bank acct. of yours the make payments to the PETAL CARD ACCT.So I canceled my account the in Sept.2022 and did not use the card any more so there was money left on card that was available to use.And start making payments by mail. The amount due was $384. Ish. and I made payments of $368.78 in August 2023and Sept. 2023 no one emailed me to say this is an additional amount and its interest add too. The PETAL CARD waited until 2024 after they put it on my credit report and other credit agencies pick up the file to say add fees and interest on $15.50 My credit report has first notice about this account the company already had the $368.78 I got my money order studs.Thats the fraud hopefully they will practice Better Business This world *** would not make it with business practice like PETAL CARD this one.

  I am 27 and have used many different kinds of credit cards. I have always been responsible with them, ensuring to bring them to $0. Petal has SPAMMED me with their in-house collectors, over 300 bucks. This company/card is NOT WORTH IT. They will spam you constantly when you are a day late, even though they are getting their interest from you. AVOID PETAL CREDIT CARD!-******************* *******, *******

  I banked with several banks and this the far worst bank ever I dispute a wrongful charge and they claim that they did their investigation and favor the over person.Also they keep charging me a monthly fee to have an account with them I hate this bank and closing my account with them ASAP.

  I disputed my credit card balance with Petal Credit card, and to my surprise, they suspended my account without a valid reason. They told me that it would take 30 days to review and that someone would get back to me by email. 2 months have gone by, I called today to get an update on my account and the manager told me that my account is under review, 2 months after my complaint! the review has no time frame or reason, and I would not know any outcome until they are ready. This is definitely an unfair business practice from *******. They will suspend your account if you raise a concern about your payments not being reflected in your statement.

  This credit card is awful! Would rate it a Zero if the ability was given. They advertise " Builds Credit" and "Great Beginner card" well that couldn't be further from the truth! In fact it did the exact opposite for my 19 year old son. His wallet was stolen and several cards were maxed out to include his bank account.Every entity refunded him back 100%. Not Petal, these crooks found every way to take advantage of his loss. He with my assistance filed a claim that was reviewed and found that the charges were authorized. He appealed that decision and was again told their investigators concluded the charges were authorized. I emailed the *** and the *** in which I received no response, or even a phone call from someone in the office? Despite a police report and a suspect who was arrested this company still says that the charges were authorized? Needless to say my son who works hard and is a full time college student trying to make ends meet had to pay nearly $600 in fraudulent charges so that it wouldnt hurt his credit. The exact opposite of what this company claims its does. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Executives earning millions off of misfortunes of young adults. *** ********************* you may want to run for president. Your a perfect candidate with your scam of a company that has no integrity or morals.You and what your company stands for are what is destroying our country. I hope your proud of what your doing and what you represent . Please tell your family next time your out to dinner that its compliments of my 19 year old son you dirtbag.
