    To whom it may concern, I purchased an opal ring from Namaste Crystal **** on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 for a present that I was going to gift on Wend, May 15th. The sales person ****** assisted me with the purchase unfortunately he sold me a defective ring. I was charged me a total of $*****, I have the receipt of proof of purchase. I gifted the ring on Wend May 15, 2024 and the ring lasted a total of three days. On Sunday May 19th 2024 the stone fell off the ring and when my girlfriend realized that the stone fell it was too late to recover it was lost somewhere. I was in disbelief on how quickly the ring had broken. I cannot be held accountable for the stone falling off this is unpredictable and I did not think the ring would break so quickly. When i brought this to the attention of the store, the store manager ******** advised that they could not do anything for me because they have a strict policy of three days. and even though it has been les than a month of the ring breaking they would not fix it replace it or give me a refund. I honestly just wanted a replacement or for the store to fix the ring. I seeked help from another associate ***** at who was kind enough to bring it the attention of the owner and she also advise that the owner would not do anything for me and was not help accountable for the ring. So i just lost ***** dollars from a defective ring that was sold to me by this store. Please note the owner was dismissive and unwilling to help me or even speak to me . Both the manager and the owner were unwilling to help me with the defective ring that they sold me. It has not even been a month since i gifted the ring and it is already broken?. They are not holding accountability for their ****** priced cheap jewelry and now i lost ***** dollars on a ring that they will not fix or replace. I am seeking help with recovering the $***** that i spent or a replacement ring please.

    While I strive to address all customer concerns, it appears this complaint has been mistakenly filed against Namaste Bookshop as they are separate entities. The customer specifically mentions that the purchase was made from a different business Namaste Crystal ****************** kindly request that the BBB review this information and take the appropriate steps to correct this error. Please let me know if any additional information or documentation is required from my end to assist in resolving this matter promptly.
