  My complaint is about Bloomberg.com . Bloomberg Government is the worst market subscription ever! Bloomberg oversells the platform's capacity to provide custom market information required by users and its account reps are either incapable or the software flawed. Bloomberg account reps never corrected the platform information filter problems.What kind of business signs you up for a year at $290.00 and doesn't allow you to cancel for a partial refund if the service does not work for you? We called them, apparently Bloomberg also automatically renews you if you do not contact them. LBloomberg advises that your subscription will automatically renew. Unlike most subscription services, they do not notify you prior to renewal, that your card is about to be charged. I didnt realize my subscription was being renewed (at over a 100% increase) until I received a late notice. Their attitude is its in our terms of service. How can a business news organization, that reports on the ethical lapses of other businesses behave so unethically. I was never given an email or something in the mail about renew. They tell me they sent. The moment I saw an email with the bill, I canceled. I canceled in an email, and they still will not acknowledge it.I have been fighting with Bloomberg for months and all they do is **** me for their non-performance and incompetence. I have yet to receive a single bonafide business lead from my Bloomberg subscription and have spent thousands of dollars. Bloomberg Government uses intimidation to collect money without service consideration for payment and blames the subscriber for failure to of its platform to properly perform. I really tried to work with Bloomberg but time after time and "training" after "training" Bloomberg Government failed to produce results. I believe the platform filter and search parameters are set permanently on useless and only appear to be functional. Please stay away from Bloomberg government!

  My complaint is about Bloomberg.com. What kind of business signs you up for a year at $290.00 and doesn't allow you to cancel for a partial refund if the service does not work for you? We called them, apparently Bloomberg also automatically renews you if you do not contact them. ********! This business should not be in business. Only sorry I did not read these reviews before we signed up. I don't even want to give it one star but I must.

  Bloomberg Government is the worst market subscription ever! I had to put in hours of work each week to collect the information but at least when finished, I had useful information. I have been fighting with Bloomberg for months and all they do is **** me for their non-performance and incompetence.
