      Worst customer service ever. They will not issue refund on orders that were missing or prepared wrong. They make decisions based on merchants responses and take the merchants word over the customer.

      Horrible service. Food was very cold. We preferred at 4:51 and restaurant had it ready by 5:10. Delivery.com picked it up and then went to multiple stops before arriving at our house at 6. The pizza, wings, and bread want even remotely warm. They were all very cold. I out in a request for reimbursement and customer service took ************************************************************************************************** for the pizza and wings, not the breadsticks. I have yet to receive any reimbursement or the **** points (equivalent to $5.00) they said they were going to add to the account. Horrible. Im not. Sure how they are in business if this is the norm.

      They steal money from their employees paychecks CONSTANTLY and offer bonuses then DO NOT PAY their employees. HR does NOT care and is unwilling to help when experiences like this occur. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. Do not support a company that steals from their workers.

      This is the worst delivery website service I have ever experienced, and the customer service staff was very unprofessional, that I honestly thought that this was fraud from how they spoke to us, and when I asked for the representative name, he hung up on us, and before that he refused to answer any of my questions and kept speaking over us I couldnt get not one word across. This was the most disgusting and unpleasant experience ever. Lets start with what really happened. I placed an order to this fish place called starfish, and I contact contacted the restaurant two times to confirm that they received my order and nobody answered my call so I called delivery.com to see what was going on, and they said that my order was apparently received which was never received and I was outside my apartment the whole time there was never a delivery guy that came here, so I decided to call delivery.com and I had the worst experience of my life. They literally hung up the phone on us, and with her it wouldnt give us any of their names and said that they couldnt help us whatsoever and that it was my fault that I had my old number on there so I basically paid $50 and tip for some thing I never received and when I wanted some assistant they were very rude and disrespectful and I got nowhere. This was just such a disgusting experience I never recommend delivery.com to anyone and I will make sure that I go above and beyond to ruin delivery.com This place needs to be shut down immediately, and none of their staff are certified to work at a place where its customer service but you literally get no customer service. They just attack you and theyre so rude and they hang up on you when you ask for their name like what kind of business is this?
