      Yes, I did purchase a product from LUME for a few months and have tried without fail to cancel anything from them. The phone number they have you can&#**;t get a person on the phone to speak with about cancelling. The address they have sent a letter back to me.Now thanks to my bank (credit union), ********* for calling me about this situation I had to again stop my debit card and to get another one.LUME is not what they say about making returns to them being able to send something back or calling or writing to them.Hope you can be of service to me?

      We're so sorry for the issues you had canceling your subscription! We don't currently have a customer-facing phone number but we're always happy to help via email.
      Our records indicate that your subscription was canceled on October 26, 2022. We also show that your original order ******** was refunded to the original Payment Method used at checkout on October 4th, 2022, at which time our team also issued a complimentary replacement order ******** at no cost to you.

      I saw a product on TV in November of this year, I ordered the Product online,My Bank was debted 11-14-2022,I was told that a backorder exicted,I contact LUMES Deordrent by email a month later requesting the Product, they said that I had not Place a order,But the Money was removed from my Bank Account, I sent them a screen shot of this with no results, Please Help me result this Matter,They claimed they refunded the Money, But my Bank(Navy ********************* has No Prove or Record on the Refund.

      I placed and paid for my order 11/4/202/. I was provided with a bogus *** tracking number. I made sent numerous emails to Lume, all received back was an automated reply stating they received email and will respond. They never responded to any of the emails.

      On November 2, ************************* the amount of $37.29 for Lume products but I never received the product. I tried calling several times but no one answers the phone ever. I sent emails on 11/17 and again on 11/25 only to receive a generic electronic reply that did not address the issue. This company cannot be reached by phone or email and I am out of $37.29.

      I placed an order on December 10, 2022 and I received the package today and it was empty. My order number is S7510060 and the amount was $66.16. I emailed the company as well but would like a full refund instead of replacement. I have little confidence that I will hear back from the company.

      Order no# ********.I placed an order on 10/23, the order consisted of the following items:Original Order deodorant ***** - not received Wipes ***** - received body wash ***** - not received I then received a credit for $21.19, which makes no sense, my records indicate to me this company still owes me $28.78. I have emailed them 3 times on this problem and all you get is an automated email back, saying higher than normal issues. There is no phone no# to call and complain. Any help you can provide in getting me my refund, would be appreciated.Thanks ***********************

      We're so sorry to hear that your order wasn't received in full! We checked into our records and it does look like the initial refund was issued due to an oversell error on the Body Wash, resulting in a refund of $21.19 for the item and its associated tax as well as a $5 courtesy refund. When you alerted our team that you did not receive the remained of your order, a refund for the remaining items was issued on December 26th, 2022 in the amount of $43.73 via PayPal Express.

      I purchased a sampler package from this company I received the package only after I texted the company looking for it they texted me back saying it was on its way then I received the package and the box was damaged and nothing in the box was what I ordered I reached out to the company and gave not received any response since then am mailing the package back with what I received and want my money back
