Lume is not the product the creator advertises it to be. This is false advertisement and I feel that the commercials need to be taken off TV and social media. The effectiveness of the stick and cream full body deodorants do not last 72 nor even 24-hours. The product caused a very painful and uncomfortable armpit irritation that made it necessary to see my primary doctor and a dermatologist.Lume

HORRIBLE experience as a customer and HORRIBLE product!!! I was excited to try a deodorant without aluminum in it. Lume was offering an online special if you purchased a bundle of their product. I'm sensitive to smell so i always buy UNSCENTED deodorant and avoid anything perfumey. I tried to order all solid-stick UNSCENTED, however, they only allowed me 2 unscented, solid-sticks. The only other option was their unscented in a tube (like sunscreen). I wasn't thrilled, but after some thought, I figured I could apply the cream with a cloth. Of course, after my Lume arrived, I immediately used up my 2 unscented solid-sticks first (because it was easy to apply). A few months later I was left with only the Lume unscented cream deodorant (in the tube). I popped open the top and WAS IMMEDIATELY HIT IN MY FACE WITH A FOUL SMELL... the Lume cream smelled like as*! I'm not exaggerating... it was ******. Obviously very upset after spending almost $100 on product sold as UNSCENTED and smelled horrific - like death. I immediately got online with Lume and made contact thru their website... I explained the situation and asked Lume if I could swap out all my cream deodorants that were now rancid, for their unscented solid-stick. I was really SHOCKED by their response. They stated they could NOT refund my money because it was passed the "warranty period" AND WORSE, they weren't even willing to do a product swap!!! The biggest shocker... the people at Lume suggested I apply the rancid cream deodorant - telling me the smell would dissipate!!! ***!?!? NO THANK YOU. I immediately thru out ALL my remaining Lume products. I can't be a customer if they won't stand by their product. IF you decide to try Lume, my recommendations: 1-Only purchase the solid-stick 2-Don't buy any bundles because if you're beyond their warranty period, they'll indirectly tell you to "kick rocks". A lot of money wasted :(Lume

It worked as far as deleting The odor from armpits, but if anybody used them for the folds, an example, aprons or what theyre calling them for overweight people because it starts smelling so bad, DONT!!It created an infection that was so bad and I used it every time I showered I put it on my fold so to speak, it would create a super red area, but it eliminated the smell. I cannot stress enough, not to do that with Lume!! I had to see specialist to get rid of that blood red fold of skin of fat and it was expensive so please take my advice; not designed for overweight people in the fold areas.Lume

The magic of Lume Deodorants is not in the scents we offer as they are not intended to be a body odor cover-up like most natural deodorants. While choosing a scent is up to your personal preference, Lume has BO beat no matter which one you choose!

I have used & loved Lume for over 5 yrs. I have always purchased it online from Amazon or Lume. This week, while at *******, I purchased a tube. The next day I used the new tube as usual & I smelled my BO for the first time in over 5 yrs. I then went & read customer reviews on the ******* website & MANY other customers complained that the ********************** bought at ******* is a "fake" Lume is knowingly providing ******* with a placebo product in order to defraud the public. I contacted Lume & of course, they do not back up any product sold at *******. This confirmed for me that they sell ******* a placebo product.This is sad to me cuz I have loved Lume for years.Lume

I hate the smells of Lume and I have tried 3. Last year I had double Mastectomy and after needed a deodorant that would help with the horrible under arm smell. It did not work and the smell of Lume became sour after use. I also resent the advertisements. She says that she hates that women are shamed by other companies but then go in to shamming all of us. What an expensive joke.Lume

1 starLume stick deodorant bought last week. Smells like mold. Used product. Now my arm puts smell like mold. Bought at ******. Can I return there? I shower daily to every other day. Other deoderants certainly never had this kind of oder. I have sensitive skin and I was hoping this would work. Very disappointed. High cost is ridiculous! Sorry I gave you the benefit of the doubt. 1 starNo customer service, if mistake is made while ordering on a very confusing dysfunctional website you can not change your order. And you are not given the opportunity to cancel order and are charge for everything in the order. There is no way to contact anyone personally. This has happened before but since I really like the deodorant I tried to order again. I accidentally ordered my order twice and now i will receive to much that is expensive. I will not buy from them again.
