I will never buy from this store again. I ordered a $400 pair of Prada glasses for vacation. They came wrapped in packing paper with no box. I call them literally minutes after I received the package hoping to get an exchange but the only option was returning them by mail. I send the return, received the email saying it would take up to 14 days to process the return. On the 15th day I called and spoke to a very pleasant representative ******* that apologized many times but she told me she would have to submit a claim and it can take up to another 15 BS days! Did I mention these glasses were $405!! So I have to wait almost a month to get reimbursed. Not happy with the option I asked ******* to pls get me a supervisor so I can leave a complaint. Waited 15 mins to speak to speak to *********. When I told her how frustrated I was with the process she chose to talk over me while I was STILL talking, didnt even let me finish and then went ahead to say that if I didnt let her speak she was going to hang up. I couldnt believe the rudeness of this supervisor that is supposed to I understand follow policy but hear me out. She had the nerve to say that they cant predict how items will be shipped since they are 3rd party but excuse me, you sell them. The least you can do was send an email on your behalf to expedite the return as waiting a whole month for over $400 on an item that was sent to me with missing pieces is unacceptable ! Saks supervisors have no care about their customers and without customers Saks would not be! Disappointed! Disgusted! And never again!Review from Angela S

Saks customer service is unhelpful, unqualified, and available only to placate complaints instead of actually correcting issues. If you try to speak with a supervisor or manager, or ask any questions that are not part of their script, they end the conversation. You cannot get a resolution or have any recourse for mistakes that even they make themselves. Its completely unprofessional.Review from Marche G

I would give them a 0 but thats not an option. I ordered a pair of ***** shoes for my son for prom. He wore them one time. There are nails poking from inside the shoe and he didnt realize it until after they were worn. When I went to return the shoe I noticed a yellow post it note in the box that said Be careful nail in shoe. I sent the shoes back after I was provided a return label now they are telling me the nails are from normal wear and tear. I had the shoes for 2 weeks from delivery to return. They are saying because the shoes were worn ONCE they cant take them back. The fact is they couldnt resell the shoe if the shoe was never worn due to the defect. They told me I had to keep the shoes and the option of replacing or refund was not available. *** also contacted the *** of the company. The shoes cost $1000.00.Review from Ann T

I received a $400+ dress that did not work for me. Returned using the companies label the next day. Never worn- still has tag. Company has had for almost a month and have still not issued refund after repeated emails and phone calls. They simply repeat the same thing over and over. That it is received. The website says refunds issued within 7-10. When you call they say that is incorrect and it is *****. After the 14 days they open an "escalation ticket" which will be REVIEWED in 7-10 days and refund issued after 14 days...... Do not buy online from them period.Review from AL H

I received an email from Saks.com stating that an item- Loewe raffia bag was on sale from $690 to $276. Within a minute of clicking on the email, the webpage was showing that item at full price - $690. I contacted Saks.com via their online chat. I spent several minutes chatting with online customer service. I forwarded the email that I received and was told the item was no longer on sale. The agent said the promotions are subject to change. I clicked on a few of the other items on the email and the sale price was reflected. I explained that to the agent. He kept apologizing that the sale was for a limited time only and he was unable to honor the price. I stated that the price could not have changed within a few seconds. I dont think it was ever meant to be on sale. If it was error, thats all they had to say. Instead, I got some made up answer that was a bad form of customer service. I did mention to the agent this was false advertising on Saks.com/Saks Fifth Avenue. This seemed like a bait and switch situation.Review from Ming C

1. I cant log in at all(Password reset does not work)2. IT department lie about waiting for 24 hours to reset my password(They don't give a f*** at all)3. Placed order on 6/21, Haven't received my order as 7/5. Keep telling me to wait 5-7 business day. Are you freaking sending packages from ***** using Maritime transport.4. Customer representative refuse to issue refund or resend the packages.5. Saks is still in business the biggest mystery of 21 century. Everything is below normal business standards. Saks is a thief. It kept my money and refused to take back an $800 gown that did not fit and I never wore. They say it was damaged. I tried it on and returned it same day I received it! I was shopping for my MOB dress for daughters wedding in September. The dress was delivered to me the first week in April. The dress was returned to **** in the same condition they sent it to me. Any damage to the dress would have taken place while it was in Saks possession. I returned the dress for a refund but **** sent it back to me. I called and explained the items was returned immediately and never worn. As a result of that phone call and some emails, **** sent me another return label which I presumed meant they were going to issue the refund. I sent it back and never received refund. I called in June for status of refund. Instead they send me back the dress. The worst customer service I have experienced in a store of this caliber. I want to warn Saks customers of this experience. My friends, family and myself are no longer patronizing **** and choose to shop at the finer stores that know how to deliver the customer service a shopper expects.Review from Jamie C

Same issue as many others. I ordered 4 gowns to try for my daughter's upcoming wedding. I tried each dress on once and decided to return all of them. I requested a return from ****. I carefully put all the gowns back on their hangers and placed them back in the plastic covering as they were received. I mailed them back on May 24th and received an email that they were received by **** on May 28th. On June 5th I received an email from Saks stating that i received a refund for 2 of the gowns with no mention of the other 2 gowns. On June 11th I called customer service and was told she would look into the matter. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after being put on hold the agent came back and told me the 2 items were rejected. One had deodorant and the other had missing tags. They could not provide any proof. I know for a fact that I did not remove any tags or get deodorant on any of the dresses. ( I did not even put them over my head and both were strapless, which is beside the point because I knew their claims were completely false). She also told me the dresses would be shipped back to me but could not provide any information on when or a tracking number. I was told to call back in 5 business days. I emailed *************************** who is listed as their corporate head of customer service to express my concerns. I never got a response. On June 18th I called customer service to get a tracking number. They still could not give me one... I was told the request would be escalated and it would take 5-7 business days. Luckily I had already disputed the charge with my credit card and on 6/21 they issued me my refund. BOTTOM LINE- they have the absolute worst customer service and if you read the reviews before this one, you will see I am not the first customer they have tried to be deceptive and not give a rightful refund.Review from diane T

**** would not accept a return after 30 days, even though it was their mistake. I had to order two dresses because the first one arrived late from ****. They wouldn't even offer store credithorrible communication and customer service.
