I placed an order on Tuesday, December 10, at 3:08 PM EST. Kikkerland Design *** immediately billed my credit card on that ****** of today, the order has been placed for 20 days, and I have not received the product; I have not received any information about the status of the order.After calling the company this morning, I learnt that the order had been cancelled. Despite the order having been cancelled, I have not been refunded.Business response

We purchased an iPhone fan from ******** at a local shop in ******* ******** when we got it home in **********, where we reside we tried it out and it did not work. I called **************** at the manufacturer or distributor, and they would not help me because they said I had to return it to the store, which is not Reasonable due to the store being over 150 miles away I told them that the product warranty should be based on the product not where it was purchased, but they would not give in and told me theres nothing they could do.Business response

I received a clay ******* kit from their company. It is obviously poor quality or the item that I received was flawed. I reached out to customer service to see if they could provide a replacement. They asked for a photo. I provided a photo. Their response back was that since it was a gift, they couldn't refund it. And because it was now discontinued, they couldn't send a replacement. I don't think this is an acceptable response. I'd like for them to send me a similar item to replace the one that they produced which is faulty.They are obviously lying because their website has the same item listed.Business response

I placed an online order. I received an order confirmation email and my credit card was immediately charged. I did not receive the items or a shipping notification. I emailed the company three times to inquire and received no response at all. I called the company twice with no resolution. They cannot find the order in their system and have not offered any resolution or refund. They cannot explain anything as to why they have no record of my order. Good afternoon,
We have addressed ************************** order issues. She was initially contacting a defunct Kikkerland **************** email address, that does ************* back email notifying customers to contact our ******************************* email for service. On May 18th is when we first received this customers inquiry, and were able to resolve the issue. A full refund was issued. The customer is happy.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.However, contrary to what he stated their defunct email address did not have a bounceback response.I had to find a good email address on my own. Their order confirmation email contains the invalid email address. Also, the business responder does not address the hours on the phone that I spent with customer service which rendered no resolution. They did not resolve the issue when they first heard about it as he states happened. He is ignoring the multiple phone conversations I had already had with their supposed customer service. No explanation was ever given for not fulfilling the order. My preference was to receive the items ordered.
