    Complaint Summary:Failure to Resolve Lost Package and Delay in Claim Processing Complaint Details:I am submitting a complaint against Aim **** **** for inadequate customer service and failure to resolve my lost package, for which I have not received a refund in over a month. There are 25 documented complaints online, many with multiple likes, reflecting widespread dissatisfaction. The BBB reports Aim **** **** has failed to respond to 6 of 7 complaints, with an F rating indicating neglect and lack of accountability. I expect a prompt resolution, or I will escalate the matter.Timeline of Events:August 28, 2024:A label was created, and *** reported the package as held due to a delivery change request. It arrived at the *******, ** facility.August 29, 2024:The package was processed at *******, ** and ********, **. A reschedule notification was issued.August 30, 2024:Marked delivered at 2:39 PM in ********, **. I did not receive it. I immediately contacted support and an investigation was opened.September 3, 2024:Followed up with no clear update.September 6, 2024:Aime **** **** requested a Declaration of Honor form. I did not fill it out since I had already submitted a claim to ***.September 10, 2024:Claim confirmed by Aime **** ****, stating investigations could take up to three weeks. No further updates were provided.September 11, 2024:*** closed the investigation with proof of delivery, which I refuted.September 27, 2024:*** confirmed the claim was sent to Aim **** ****, but I received no updates or resolution.October 1, 2024:I provided the *** claim number and tracking info to Aim **** **** but received no next steps.October 4 & October 8, 2024:Sent follow-up emails with no response or resolution.Desired Resolution:I seek a full refund for the lost package and compensation for the frustration caused by these delays. I also expect a formal response regarding your customer service practices to prevent future issues.

    - I ordered my merchandise and my order was canceled siting there were inconsistencies with my account although it was the first time Id ever ordered from there - I purchased a second order thinking it was maybe my payment information and again the order was cancelled, this time with no explanation or response - Ive reached out with several emails and tried to call but there is no phone number available to call for customer support - it seems like they have been extremely dismissive of my complaint and of me.

    Ordered size 10 ALD / NB P550 Basketball Oxfords on 6/30/22 for a total cost of $151.94. The item was delivered on 3/21/23, but it was the wrong size. I received a **** instead of a 10. I contacted the company on 3/21/23 and supplied photographs on the wrong item that was delivered to me. The item was then returned to the company on 3/23/23 and delivered shortly after. The company now claims I returned a different size than I returned and refuses to refund or rectify the situation. I am seeking a refund for the order as they have now had my money for 9 months with still no product in hand.

    I placed an order through there web site, the order number is ******. They have a 40% sale as of 07/28/22. I have a gift card the number is **** **** **** **** worth $65. The total without the sale amount is $115, once this is discounted 40% the total should be $69 plus shipping. They debited the gift card and charged me an additional $62.00 on my **** ending ****. They have no telephone number for contact, only option is email, I have attempted to reach out with no response. Also there web site is misleading, they say the discount will be applied at checkout, and when you do, they charge the full amount to the credit card you input for shipping
