12/12/2024 - ******* purchased Moka Express large BIALETTI DOLCE&GABBANA from the D&G website as a Christmas gift for me. ORDER NUMBERDG-US-******** 01/20/2025 - Opened moka pot and used it for the first time. this is a red painted pot and upon use we noticed the color changed at the bottom. Reached out to D&G **************** chat and explained the situation - product was defective or paint is not sufficient to support usage on a stovetop. Explained our experience with using moka pots over the years (we are Italian and have many Bialetti) and know how to use the pot (fill it with water, low heat, etc). **************** asked for photos, which i provided, and indicated they would reach out internally to get this resolved. Over the course of the month, D&G customer service came back only rejecting my claim and blaming me/accusing me of 1) not using water 2) blasting the heat and 3) misuse and would not proceed with offering any solution outside of implying im out of luck. After I responded they continued to blame me without offering any solution. I was looking for a replacement to give this product another chance as opposed to requesting a full out refund. I've replied multiple times and was assured - nearly two weeks ago - that they were reconfirming with the production team to reach a resolution and they've since gone radio silent. Upon entering the Dolce& Cabbana in the ******************* in ***************, ** there were 2 ****** or **** females purusing the shop. THERE WAS NO BLACK GUARD ENTRANCE BELT BARRING ENTRY INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT.I am a ***** ******* I entered the shop and IMMEDIATELY a ********* male who was of ******** ******** or ***** ethnicity ran and used a black entrance belt to prevent anyone from leaving the store. I asked him (Fito) why when I entered did he run to close off the store. I do not believe this is his real name. There were only 3 people there at the time and when I entered nothing was barring the ****** or ******* ****** customers from leaving. He gave a fake excuse that he was trying to control traffic and the number of people in the store. There were minimal to no people in the hall where the store was located. AFTER the two ****** ladies left, I was there ALONE (no traffic), YET he still closed the entrance with a black security belt. When I brought this to his attention he began snapping at me very rudely became loud and sarcastic when I outlined that Black people feel uncomfortanle when we enter a store and all of a suddrn you block the entrance to get out. He then rudely replied, I don't care to hear that and should I like it if he walked me to the exit to leave and he would remove the black securiity belt/gate, I don't want to hear any of that!! At this point, I no longer desired to peruse items of interest and decided to leave. I asked for a managers card. He did not get one, another female associate met the request. I was insulted by the experience and decided to leave, he then ignored my effort to leave the store and the female associate had to let ONE SINGLE BLACK WOMAN OUT OF A DOLCE&GABANNA STORE.I require a corporsae manager to contact me or a NJ Attorney General Complaint will be filed.****************Customer Answer

I purchased K by DolceGabbana EDP 100ml amounting ****** including tax on June 19th and delivered on June 20th. I reported them on june 23rd itself that i received a wrong product and requested for a refund. Its been 3 weeks already and i havent received any update on my refund and its quite disappointing . I have already shared all the pictures and my repeated attempt to reach them is falling short as i dont get any reply from them.I request BBB to please help me in getting my refund from D&G.Customer Answer

I order a pair of sneakers via website on April 30th order DG-US-******** in the amount of $1, ******. However the website sizing was a little confusing to me but I thought I have navigated through it alright and order a size 39 5, which I thought was a size 8 5, but I guess I didn't. I mistakenly selected the wrong size 39 5, when I received my shoes three weeks later on May 20, I reached out to Dolce and Gabbana to see if I can exchange the shoe for the correct size, I was told that these shoes are final sale because they are custom, but it's the same shoe advertised on their website. I then asked them if you have a customer that is placing an order for a 9 5 can you just send them the ones I ordered and let me place the order for a size 8. I never once asked for my money back, I just asked fir an exchange. I told them Dolce a d Gabbana is a big corporation that can easily resale that shoe instead of making a customer stuck with a shoe that cost a lot of money that they can't fit. I ordered a eyeshadow. Pallet I didmt open it its sealed and they wont take it back . Or offer an exchange . On the site it doesnt state final sale on the makeup page which it should . Instead they have it hidden in the return details saying no makeup can be returned . I ordered two bottles of wine on 12/16/23 It is now 2/14/24 and my order never arrived. I have asked multiple times for a refund and they keep telling me to wait. I keep asking for answers and they still just tell me to wait. No company has EVER done this to me. The tracking number clearly states it was never delivered. I purchased a pair of heels on December 3rd 2023 for $1334 for an even I had later that week. I chose expedited shipping and was under the impression that theyd arrive before my event. They didnt. When I found out they wouldnt arrive, I contacted customer service to cancel my order as I had no need for them any longer. They wouldnt allow me to change my order, nor cancel it. The shoes arrived - late. I didnt even take them out of the box. I went to the *** store to return them. I sent them back, immediately when I received them on December 12th. They received the shoes on December 18th and Dolce&Gabbana accepted my return on December 28th and started processing my refund. Their website claims that youll have your refund within 14 working days- the 14th working day was on January 18th- and its currently January 24th- I still dont have my refund. Ive been waiting for this refund for almost a month now. Its concerning and shady that Dolce&Gabbana has not been able to give me my money back. On/about ********** I had ordered two Panettones and one bottle of wine from the Dolce and Gabbana store. The Panettones are Italian "Christmas" cakes and I wanted to treat my wife and I to a luxury experience for Christmas. When I went to inquire on my order last week I found that they have not even been shipped, it has been almost a month. Even if they ship today they will not arrive in time for Christmas and this is not acceptable. I've tried multiple time to deal with the store but I keep getting the run around. On my last email to them I've demanded a refund but again I've been given the run around. The bottom line is they took my money for multiple Christmas items which due to their negligence will not arrive in time for Christmas. As such, Dolce and Gabbana has not fullfilled their end of the deal. To put in a different perspective, I've paid over $210 for Christmas items which will not arrive in time for Christmas. Process my refund immediately. I no longer want these products as Christmas will be over by the time they arrive which at the way DG is operating will most likely not arrive until at least late January or even early February. It should be noted that I had ordered similar Christmas cakes from the ***** store over a week after I had ordered the items from the DG store and they arrived within two weeks. I received a pair of D&G sneakers and after spending $895 on them I expected them to be flawless. The tongue of the left top of shoe is starting to come apart. Not only that the sticker at the bottom of the shoes says sale $507. Contacted customer service and was told the shoe has never gone on sale. Was emailing back and forth and they when I presented the damages and cost emails stopped. I know there is a 15 day return policy, so did they stop because of wasting time. I think D&G should honor the $507 price tag. If not accept the return for a full refund.Customer Answer
