      What's not to love ? You pick the gem ( whatever you can afford ) you pick the setting in whatever metal , then any size you like. Its beautifully made and shipped with love. it includes document papers and appraisels and arrives in classy wooden box. I highly recommend getting yourself a ring to wear proudly !

      I went to GemsNY second when buying a pair of natural alexandrites. I wish I had gone here first! They have many options and grades to pick from. Not only were the alexs I received top quality in clarity, but the pair of rounds were dimensionally the exact same. I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to coming back in the future for more premium quality hard to find gemstones.

      Our experience with ************************ and ******* at GemsNY was extremely smooth and professional. They were all kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. We had my grandmother's engagement **** re-made into an exquisite emerald **** using the platinum and diamonds from the original ****. The design process was very smooth and the final product matched the rende****s precisely. They have a large inventory of emeralds and we were able to choose from among five that met our very specific size criteria. The price was a bit below our local jeweler but the gem appears far superior. Overall, I would highly recommend GemsNY as a company worthy of your trust!

      I purchased a beautiful **** ct. ******* with a gold pave setting from GemsNY and couldnt be happier. I was a little nervous order an expensive piece of jewelry online, so I decided to call to talk to a representative before I ordered. I spoke with ********, and he was wonderful. He was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the perfect ******* and setting and was available to respond to all my questions immediately. My ring arrived very quickly, and it met all my expectations and beyond! I highly recommend GemsNY!

      Purchased an ******* in 2022 from GemsNY in 2022 and had a platinum setting made. After only 2 months of wear the baguette diamond fell out of one side. And of course was not covered under their warranty as they say they only cover the setting. Spent several hundred dollars sending it back, and had to pay to replace the diamond as I did not want to make an insurance claim so soon. It is now April and the other diamond is loose and about to fall out of setting. Luckily she noticed before it fell out. Do not waste your money with this company. Their customer service is great when you are purchasing but horrendous thereafter. Beautiful ring but horrible quality setting and no effort from this company to remedy.

      I`m a retired jeweler and used GemsNY for my fiance's major (main diamond) and for two (hard-to-find) tsavorite garnets for side stones. One of the stones fell out, and GemsNY was able to provide me with a match, when the jeweler that I used could not. Their pricing is very fair and their service is excellent. I chose them based on their reviews, and you should too!

      The sapphire earrings I purchase from GemsNY for my significant other are beautiful! We had a problem with the posts, but they fixed them quickly at no charge. Great job GemsNY. I recommend them!
