      I signed up in 2018 for their annual membership after about a year I went back in to cancel the account and they had no way of me cancelling online. I was not able to use the account it said I did not have an account with my login, I figured they cancelled it. I would walk away and thing well that was resolved on it on only to find out 5yrs later they are still charging me every year *****. One I need this cancelled since I can't cancel online and when I go to account history it says not history and no form of cancelling it. I also want my money back for the last 4yrs

      The service provided was great. I was able to create a wonderful graduation video for my son. My issue is with their extremely misleading advertising about the pricing. I needed to get the premium version and in a huge font it advertises $11.67 per month. I figured I would need the service for two months at the most. What I didn't see was the extremely small font at the bottom of the pricing page that states, "Prices displayed are for our yearly subscription, charged in full at the time of the purchase. The final price can be seen on the purchase page before payment is completed." On the actual order page it also shows the monthly price is an extremely large font, but in a smaller font it states "billed annually." I fully realize that I missed the annual billing information, but why would a company advertise a monthly price if they have no intention or ability (according to the customer service) of charging at a monthly rate? I find this intentionally misleading with the goal of getting customers to pay for a full year. When I first contacted them asking for a refund of all but the $11.67 or $22 for two months, they refused and offered my a 50% discount. I refused and told them I wanted it all back except the $11.67 or I a calling my credit card company to file a dispute. They countered with refunding all except $20, which I accepted because I didn't want to deal with them any further.I found their advertising to be intentionally misleading and deceptive and their customer service to be below average.Be very careful before you use this company.

We used to have monthly plans but we noticed that our customers preferred annual plans more, so we decided to proceed only with annual membership. Please note that we are proud of our annual offers, so we have no intention to hide that you are going to be billed annually - the final price is stated above the button Purchase.
