Zocdoc uses deceptive practices to lure doctors onto the platform. Sales team sells the service with incorrect information and then there are surprise charges inconsistent with how the services is marketed to doctors. Additionally, patients matched to doctors are often an inappropriate fit. Myself and colleagues have been highly dissatisfied with this service. They are not trustworthy and their customer services is significantly lacking. I do NOT recommend zocdoc.Zocdoc

Its been very useful for breaking down every need By my personal insurance coverage based on convenience in finding what I need in my health care etc its as consistent as I am willing to be after scheduling so my experience is fluid therefore zocdoc is in return and its quick to get me where Im going itd be a days worth on my own putting what this app can together in 20 min or lessZocdoc

Zocdoc is very user friendly, it found me a new local doctor and I got an appointment right away. Subsequently, I had such a positive experience with this new local provider that they are now officially my new PCP!! This is now the 2nd time I've used/found a doctor thru Zocdoc and both times, I've met with a good Drs and gotten in to see them very, very quickly! I love that you can see a doctor's available appointment times, that is THE BEST THING EVER! Zocdoc can sometimes get you in to see a Dr that same-day! I'm assuming of course, that that availability is solely dependant on the doctor's ***** updating or maintaining their schedule in sync with Zocdoc's so if a scheduling problem should occur how would Zocdoc know? So in that case, for the service it was able to provide me, I'm completely satisfied and recommend it!Zocdoc
