    I am submitting this complaint regarding the unexpected shutdown of my Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT) store, which I operated successfully for two years. Without prior warning or a clear explanation, my store was removed, resulting in the loss of my income and access to my uploaded resources. I followed all platform guidelines, and despite reaching out to customer support for clarification, I have not received a response. I am seeking a transparent explanation for the closure and, if possible, the reinstatement of my store or access to my materials.

    Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) same address as Teacher Synergy LLC - **************************************************** has several hundred of my ******s it has been selling for years, but suddenly when I began creating ******s related to RELIGION (months ago) and PRESIDENT ***** (the latter the last few days), my account was suspiciously deleted on 1/22/2025. For a couple of YEARS, TPT had a RELIGION category, among others, for which I created ******s. Yet, recently the RELIGION category was deleted and removed by ***. Now I am being punished because *** does not want my previously approved religious content, nor my ***** ******s related to executive orders, MAGA, foreign affairs, policy or any political discussions *** ideologically disagrees with.I am neither Democrat, nor Republican. *** claimed two of my HEALTH ******s had problems, but these ******s were happily sold for several months with no mention of any problems whatsoever. Only when I began creating President ***** related ******s, did *** suddenly create problems with my ******s and for no apparent reason delete my account.I was refused an opportunity to appeal and given no option to speak to anyone over the phone at ***. For this reason I believe *** and its employees, being owned by ************ is being coerced and forced to behave in a discriminatory manner against me, not allowing me equality of expression in regard to RELIGION and POLITICS, while denying my Constitutional FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION.Any specific ****** of mine TPT claims to have issue with, please provide specific direction as to the problem, allow me to correct it and temporarily make it unavailable. Do not shut down my entire account and remove all of my hundreds of excellent ******s in a biased and discriminatory fashion.Please fully INVESTIGATE and INTERVENE.I want nothing more than EQUAL OPPORTUNITY to create ******s for educators and students throughout the nation and world.**** ** ***** - licensed CA and FL Educator

    Dear Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Teacher Synergy LLC regarding complaint ID ********. The fact Teacher Synergy continues to ignore this matter shows it is hiding something, behaving unethically and is politicizing its "educational" platform to push an ideology (and prevent free speech from anyone with whom they disagree). I however am an independent unbiased educator, neither Republican nor Democrat, who teaches world history, world health, environmental health, global economics and report on breaking news and provide students relevant learning material (beyond outdated textbooks).

    Teacher Synergy has profited taking 1/2 of my income earned for more than 2 years off many of my assignments. Only when I began reporting on the ***** administration (during the 2nd term of President *****) did Teacher Synergy suddenly have a problem with my lessons and create false accusations and absurdities as to why it shut down my account for noncompliance with its "rules" (rules they ignored for over 2 years because there were no violations by me whatsoever). Teacher Synergy is behaving discriminatorily and any good attorney willing to represent me can easily prove that in a court of law (and may freely contact me to do so).

    On September 22, 2024, I created a seller account on ********************************* and paid the annual premium subscription fee of ***** USD.Around October 5, 2024, I tried logging in but the system kept on saying "incorrect password." I was sure of my password because I listed it down, but I still tried to reset it anyway thinking it was my fault. However, when I entered my email address on the Forgot Password form, I got an error saying "No account found with this email address."They did not even send a notification why the account was closed. No explanation at all. I've been emailing them since Oct 5th but I still have not heard back as of this writing, October 20th (PH time).I just want my money back, I no longer want to be a part of this business. I signed up for extra income to help my family but they scammed me instead. They just took my money and closed my account with no reason or explanation.Please help me get my hard-earned money back. That's all I want :(Notes:I'm from the *********** and my zip code is ***** I just put in ***** because the system required at least 5 digits.

    On April 9th, 2024 I noticed $29.00 was taken from my bank account thru PayPal. Unsure why I checked PayPal and noticed Teachers pay teachers, a website owned and operated by the business, had pulled $29.00 from my bank account. Unsure why I checked my account profile with them. When I first signed up with the company I signed up for the free basic sellers account. The company takes a percentage of whatever you sell on their website. Come to find out this company updated their account terms and instead of honoring or grandfathering in old accounts they charged people under the new terms and conditions without warning. I received no emails no notifications nothing regarding changes coming to my basic free sellers account. I definitely feel violated and like this is fraudulent action by the company having people update terms of agreement without even an email notifying people of the new change that they are agreeing to being charged $29.00 and have it pulled from their account without knowing. It's one thing if you make us pay for the charge thru their website but to go thru my PayPal account and have it taken directly from my bank account I feel was a huge line crossed. I definitely think this should be investigated as to how the company handled this switch. Again I originally agreed to a free sellers account and was provided NO notification via email about this change coming within the past year.

    Sellers are people selling educational products on the Teachers Pay Teachers website. Teachers Pay Teachers offers two subscriptions to the Sellers: Basic Seller subscription and Premium Seller subscription. The difference is that with the Basic Seller subscription, Teachers Pay Teachers takes the lion share of the sales and pays out a small fraction of the price of the sold product to the Seller. With the Premium Seller subscription, a Seller receives 80 percent of the price of the sold educational products. I have been subscribed to the Premium Seller subscription for several years, with renewal set to be automatic on August 13 of each year. Unfortunately, yesterday, on August 13, 2023, the payment for the renewal of the Premium Seller subscription did not go through on my PayPal account. Instead of notifying me about this and offering an option to renew the subscription, Teachers Pay Teachers immediately and PERMANENLY cancelled my Premium membership subscription.Namely, when I go to Upgrade Now link on my account on the ******************** website, it takes me to the Dashboard, when I click the Manage Premium renewal link, it takes me to my PayPal account, and PayPal says that I have no subscriptions to renew, as Teachers Pay Teachers permanently cancelled my payments program, and there no options offered to make a payment and to renew the Premium Seller membership.Last month, I had one educational product sold for a few dollars on the Teachers Pay Teachers website. As soon as Teachers Pay Teachers permanently cancelled my Premium seller subscription today, immediately, my Teachers Pay Teachers store had 13 products sold over the course of two hours on the Teachers Pay Teachers web site. But of course, now, without the Premium Seller subscription, I will receive a pitiful payout.I request that Teachers Pay Teachers resolve this issue and begin to do so by contacting me. I prefer to be contacted by email.

    hello,Teacherspayteachers closed my account without any reason and without even telling me why, no contact no communication, I can't reach their support, only using a bot, I never received any reason if my account was closed or stoled, i don't know what going on, this is very disrespectful treatment they do against their users, the support is very bad,I just want to reach out to some real human to ask why my account closed, really very bad company,thanks in advance!

    Purchased electronic items from the business's website, Teachers Pay Teachers. The merchant provides a marketplace for sellers to market, produce, and sell items to other consumers. I tried more than 5 times to use the automated chatbot, provided by the business, to troubleshoot and solve technical issues with purchases. I consulted the business's FAQ section. However, I am unable to add my purchased items to the business's preferred electronic drive resource, ****** Drive. The automated chatbot disconnected me each time I attempted the contact the company by sending a message to the company's email address. To my knowledge, the company does not have a means for telephonic contact. Therefore, I do not have access to the purchased merchandise through the marketplace provided by this business. The business's Terms of Service state, "Its your responsibility to maintain and store a copy of downloadable Resources on your device to ensure future access." The business has not provided the technical assistance necessary for me to fulfill my portion of these terms. The desired outcome is immediate access to my purchases.

    Teachers Pay Teachers is illegally withholding money I made on the site selling my products. I have tried to resolve the issue for two months and two supervisors; however they are still illegally withholding my money.

    They are still illegally withholding my money from selling my products.  The third party vendor excuse is bogus.  I NEVER authorized third party vendor to disburse my money.  TPT is solely responsible to disburse my money, which is in their possession.

    I made a purchase to an online site called Teachers Pay Teachers for educational files. I have been purchasing from the. for years. In the past I have made returns. As long as you don't download the file you can return within one year. I made the purchase in Feb 22 so I am within the time frame I purchased a bundle, which is a savings because I am purchasing more than one file from the author. I asked for a return because the seller has not updated much of the material that was promised. TPT will not refund because I downloaded about 5 of the 50 files included Nowhere on their return policy does it say you can return from a bundle. The only rule is the file cant be downloaded I would like a refund on the remaining files that were not downloaded but at this point they will not even return my calls. I contacted the author who agreed to refund the purchase because whats promised has not been updated but they just returned his emails without reason. I would like to get my money back as stated in their policy. Thank you.
