    I purchased this phone from *********** from this particular seller the phone was financed through ******** and they told Katapult that this phone was new. Even though I knew this phone was a used refurbished I purchased. I noticed that the phone was glitching and the screen had lines in it even though it was lit up I reached out to them. I let them know about the issue. They proceeded to tell me I can return the phone. Automatically knowing they probably already knew that this issue was occurring, but they sent the phone anyway I explained to them I do not have another phone at this point I already spent about $700 with you guys. I just need the phone replaced even if it is a year lower, because I needed it replaced. They automatically told me they can refund my money and that was that and this has been the most horrific situation because Ive never dealt with such people that have no concern for their customers, but rather return the item to resell it to somebody else disgusting.

    Order number: *************** Purchased the Apple Watch listed below on February ******. Received it February ******. When I received it, it would not turn on. It also was missing the charger cord and the watch screen protector that were supposed to come with it. I called the company and told them what it was missing and that it would not turn on. They told me how to reset it. At that time it turned on but was slow. My daughter wore it and on about May 7 or 8th 2024 the watch screen went black and would not turn back on. I contacted ******* online and they sent me a return label on May 10th. I was not able to print it out until May 17th and let them know that and they told me it was fine as long as ***** had it in their possession by May 17, 2024. I printed the label out and sent it per instruction. I took it to ***** in Hannibal MO and it was shipped out May 17th. Per ***** record it was received by the company on May *******. Restored Apple Watch Series 7 (GPS, 45 mm) Blue Aluminum Case Bundle: Abyss Blue Sport Band 5 Bonus Bands, Charging Stand, Screen Protector, & 2 amp charger (Refurbished)Total cost that needs to be refunded: $264.30 ********* tracking number ************ Order returned to ***** May 17th Ordered returned to company, *********, ** at 11:19am Tuesday May *******. Per ***** Tracking I have not received my refund and it has been months.

    My daughter used her birthday money to order a refurbished iPad. It was delivered a day early but there was nothing in the box. After calling Walmart.com they said they had contacted the seller and they should reach out to me in 48 hours if not they would refund my money. Called back after 5 days since I didn't hear from the other company and they said I should contact the carrier or my financial institution. My daughter deserves her money back!

    This company charged me twice for something that I never bought from them and have no clue why they charged me ****** twice so I need this resolved and refunded

    I purchased a refurbished red iPhone11 from Kiss Electronics through ******* in January 2023 and received it on January 30, 2023. I opened it and the phone was scratched real bad and didn't turn on. I made preparations with ***** the same day to have it sent back. Someone from Kiss Electronics sent me and email stating they received the package pictures of the phone but would not refund my money. I would ask them to refund my money several times explaining to them I'm a mother of 4 and needed a good working phone or my $310.59 refunded. I didn't receive either.

     The iPhone was shipped in the original packaging and I took it the same day to ***** to be delivered. The weight on the package should show proof it was in the package when mailed. All I ask for is my money refunded as he told me me he received the package but refused to refund my money.

    Purchased refurbished Apple Watch that never worked correctly (battery life issues) and returned twice. First return was for a replacement. Second was for refund. Refund issued minus 20% restocking fee. Why would you restock something that was returned for being defective (twice)?

    Last October I purchased a refurbished Apple Watch though ******* which the supplier was kiss electronics. I returned the product in December and never received a refund. I have contacted kiss electronics want proof of my refund and they only send me dates of the refund and each time its a different date but no reference number. I would just like my money returned.

    I order a item from Amazon a Apple MacBook and was suppose to receive the item on Dec21,2021. I didnt receive the item and been contacting the company and Amazon trying to either get my refund or the item because I dont want to pay for a item I didnt receive. *************** told me its to late for me to get a refund or the item they cant do anything about it but I Never received the product.

    It says it was delivered but I didnt receive it. It said it was left under a garage I dont have a garage I have a carport. Did they leave at the wrong address? Im trying to either get the money or the item back

    Unfortunately, There is nothing we can do about it. You placed the order with Amazon. We are the fulfilment center. We have no control over Amazon's policies and decisions. Please take your case back to Amazon. I recommend speaking with authority and explain your situation. You should've contacted us sooner. It is way beyond our timeline. Sorry!

    On 6/9/2022 I ordered an Iphone X 256gb phone. Due to financial reasons, I wanted to return said item. On 7/30/2022, I initiated a return through ******** As of 7/7/2022, I am being told since the device that was returned does not match the device that was purchased, I am unable to receive a refund. As it turns out, this establishment sent the wrong product to me, and is now refusing a refund since the model does not match.

We did not find any record of that phone in our inventory system. Not sure who *************************** is. Our record indicates us selling the product to *********************.     Given the reviews of this business, this is not the first time something like this has happened. I ordered this device for a business partner, so the label was directed to my colleague. Regardless, this establishment sent me the wrong device and is avoiding responsibility by blaming their customer. Not only is the extremely unprofessional, but it's false information under the Better Business Bureau. I will escalate this issue further until Kiss Electronics takes responsibility for their actions. Scammers have no place in this world, and I won't let this happen to another customer.
