-At first, we faced serious problems to reach Major Elevator officials by phone, most of our calls remained unanswered. -Second problem is receiving incorrect invoices from Major. We told them multiple times that they sent us invoices that we already paid, which they never disputed. We have email correspondence of this issue. So this happened on a regular basis. We were told that we had open invoices dating back to December 2021. When we looked at them, we saw that we already paid most of them. The other ones, we cannot relate. We suggested them multiple times to have a meeting to discuss those invoices together, but they have refused to do so. They kept sending the tickets that their mechanics wrote when they came by. Some had charge amount on them, some had multiple amounts, and some had nothing written on them. -Another issue is the emergencies. On the weekend of October 29th, we had an emergency, an elevator stopped working. Major staff came three times over the weekend, but neither the problem was fixed, nor troubleshooting was done. Then, on Monday, someone was scheduled come to do troubleshooting, however it didnt happen due to their baseless arguments regarding so-called open invoices that we were supposed to pay. After multiple calls, they finally dispatched a mechanic to only troubleshoot (So, they sent four maintenance guys only to troubleshoot) According to last mechanic, we needed to replace the brake sleeves. Since we were in an emergency, we called another private mechanic, and he troubleshooted and fixed the issue in only a couple of hours. He specifically mentioned that the brake sleeves were not needed to be replaced. This is a typical example that happened multiple times over the course of our relationship with Major.
