    I paid $58.00 plus a $7.40 service fee (through a third-party ticketing company, Showclix), for an event thrown in ************** by the Cannonball Productions called Setlzerland. The company has changed the date of the event by a week without a) offering any refunds or exchanges; b) contacting ticket holders; c) providing any means of contact on its website. Had I not clicked through the ticket link today while looking for something else, Id have had no idea - and the ten people in my party would have collectively thrown out hundreds of dollars. I cant imagine how many other people have already bought tickets and are about to face the same issue. Confirmation number provided by Showclix: ****************

    Good afternoon, 

     

    There was a miscommunication with the small number of ticket holders who did not receive proper notification regarding the date change of the event. That said, the new date was published on our ticketing site and on our website.

     

    In terms of this specific customer complaint, our contact information is listed on our website. All ticket confirmations, as well as the main ticketing site, link directly back to the website where our contact information can be found. This customer never reached out to us directly prior to making this BBB complaint. The customer made a public statement about the situation at 3:30pm yesterday. We responded by 9:30am this morning informing him that his information was incorrect and we actually do issue refunds. 

     

    All of this said, we have since refunded the customers who requested one.
