    Transaction date is 10/15/24. The amount I expected to pay was $688.00 USD. I was charged $900.25 due to business use of different currency. This was not clearly stated so I missed it and made the purchase. I immediately saw the difference in amount charged & filed a dispute with my bank's dispute dep't. as I believed it to be fraud. I emailed the company asking for a refund of the difference and explained my frustration. I got an email response from them on 10/25 stating I would be getting a full refund and that the tickets would be voided. I then called the dispute company and closed the dispute. The company voided our tickets almost immediately on 10/25 and never refunded me the money. There have been no less than 50 emails to them trying to get a resolution. They "have no phone support" so they only use email and I can't find another contact. I do get an immediate response when I post a review on their site. They say they want to resolve it but repeatedly state that the dispute is still open so they can't refund while open. I was asked to provide documentation proving it was closed, I provided case #, dispute company contact name and info, and have given them the formal documentation from the dispute company proving it was closed on 10/26. They told me the refund was in process and would be done on 11/20 so I waited-nothing. No communication again when I email, until I post a review. They repeatedly ask for the same thing, I give it, they don't respond, they ask for something, I give it, they don't respond, they say I'm going to get the refund, and it never get it. They send no useful information and we're going in circles. There is nothing more I can do as we continue to go in circles and they are clearly have no intention of resolving this. I have emails stating all of this and again, the documentation needed to prove the dispute has been closed since 10/26. There is nothing else I can give them and they won't communicate, took my money, & voided tickets.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hello Tickets regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The single communication email I received from them on 12/27, as shown above, states that there was a refund issued in the amount of ******. On 10/15, they charged me $900.25 USD, for tickets.

    On 12/28, a refund from them posted to my account but in the amount of $860.07 USD, NOT the full amount of $900.25.  Based on current exchange rates, ****** is the equivalent of $717.19 USD. Again, they returned only $860.07 USD, but took $900.25 USD. There is a difference there of $183.06 USD. I am unclear of what this amount was charged for to begin with but ultimately, they still owe me $40.18.  

    As shown above, I have questioned this amount via email directly to them and at this time, I have gotten no response.
