2/24/20, I purchased 2 tickets for an entertainment show for $396. Razorgator committed to the sale of tickets as provided by a seller on their platform. Their guarantee states that if there is an issue with the tickets they will replace them at a comparable price and if they cannot theyre reserve the right to cancel the order and refund full purchase amount to buyer. An email to accept the tickets was sent to me around 2/24/20. I accepted the tickets and they were transferred to my account. At this step the platform indicated that these were not my tickets and to click on the link to see the actual electronic tickets. The link provided to access the entry tickets did not open. I emailed Razorgator to alert them about this issue via email and phone over 10 times between 2/24/20 - 10/21/21. The show is scheduled for 10/23/21. I was told that they would continue to reach out to the seller for them to provide a new link. On 2 occasions, I was provided new links from Razorgator. These links resulted in the same error message and no access to tickets. On 10/19, I spoke with a member of the razorgator team that established a deadline for the seller to respond. I was told that if the seller didnt respond by the established deadline that I have the choice between new tickets or a full cash refund. I called back the next day about this and shortly after speaking with another rep I received another email retracting the statement. I have continued to reach out via phone and email and was repeadily told that they were reaching out to the seller. I was told I need to learn to communicate better and hung up on. Today is the day of the event and nothing has been resolved. The order number is *********.
