      I purchased tickets from Telecharge approximately two months ago. The amount: $627.00. I called Telecharge two days ago to request the tickets. Evidently, my email address was incorrectgmsil..com rather than gmail.com. My phone number and physical address were right. We fixed the email address and the representative assured me Id receive the tickets via email that business day. This did not happen. Yesterday a second representative assured me Id receive the tickets by 8 PM that day. Still zilch. Today I spoke to a third representative who shared that my tickets needed to be authorized by a manager, and that there were few managers in the building. I asked for a promise from Telecharge to please send the tickets today. I received no assurances, Im hoping to see Some like it Hot with my daughter and elderly mother this Thursday night. In effect, this business *****. The worst part was the repeated emphasis by the reps that the onus was on me for the original incorrect email address. The other rotten piece was the the foot-dragging and major delivery fail by Telecharge to provide me with my tickets. Just hit send folks.
