This company is not honorable. I was given the toll free number by a chat with Stub Hub and they answered the phone as Viagogo. I questioned them on the name and they repeated Viagogo. I inquired as to if this was the toll free number for Stub Hub and the agent stated yes. I am seeking a refund from ******** for a postponed concert. It has been widely publicized that the event organizer is offering refunds for the event due to the postponement. However, the agent at Viagogo stated there were no refunds and the only way to recoup my money is by selling the tickets. I inquired about how I have the fees of $118+ returned to me for the first transaction of buying the tickets and avoid the fees for selling, she replied the fees would be waved, which is not true which I learned by going to the Stub Hub website and seeing the payback offered for the selling the ticket would be less than what I would post the tickets for.Not only am dissatisfied by Viagogo, i am more disappointed in Stub Hub for using a poor service in Viagogo and not honoring the pledge from the event organizer to refund those who cannot attend the date the concert was rescheduled to.Poor service and dishonorable tactics by both Viagogo and Stub Hub. I am out $441+ and have received inaccurate, false answers and I have had to deal with a shadowy as best service agent of Stub Hub.

A fraudulent company/****. I attempted to buy Concert tickets to a legendary Persian singer to surprise my elderly father. To my incredible dismay, the amount that I thought I purchased was significantly higher than what I had agreed to. It's like once you submit your credit card information and confirm, they triple the price without authorization. I spent about an hour one the phone while on my lunch break attempting to reach a supervisor. Much to my patience and several attempts to reach a supervisor, I was told by the ' representative' in an almost reading off the script manner (which led me to assume this wasn't the first rodeo, that this is in fact a scam, and their script is a standard practice to have the consumer that they conned give up waiting for what would never be communication with a supervisor. Instead, he (and again, I reiterate, his repeated suggestion) was to 'resell' as a ploy to make the consumer believe there is a possibility of being refunded. However, upon many reviews and several questions, it is clear that if 'someone' does not buy your obscenely costly ticket (that mind you, NEVER agreed to) you're still stuck with the cost. They claim the call is recorded but provided no reference number. Luckily, I have recorded the almost comical conversation if I do decide to press charges for deliberate misleading advertisement/click bait con, it will save others from the same headache and experience. Artist such as Googosh know of the unethical practices of this company that is leaving a bad tase in the mouth of her former fans. Such a shame for the company to paint this Artist in a light does not worthy of her name. Artist, think twice who you decide to get into bed with VIAGOGO. What I hoped was a once in a lifetime memorable experience with my father, has been nothing but a headache thanks to VIAGOGO. If you're reading this, beware of them and avoid the same mistake as I have done.

The business Viagogo is operating/working under the principles of dishonesty and very poor customer satisfaction. Their business plan and employee practices are extremely sub-sufficient to be consider as a reliable resource for purchasing and/or selling tickets for any Event.

The Viagogo resell policy is extremely misleading. When you go to purchase tickets, the listings include the 'perk' of "Relisting if plans change." However, what they do not include in this information is that YOU will then be financially responsible if the person you purchased the tickets from in the first place doesn't fulfill their obligations. The whole thing is really a scam designed to help them get the fees associated with multiple ticket sales. Do not recommend using this site for any reason. 0 stars.

3 months ago I put tickets up for sale for a concert. I went through a couple sites to see if I could sell. A couple companies reached out to me and I didn't like the price the companies were offering to pay. I finally sold the tickets through another company. Viagogo reached out to me the night before the concert telling me I need to transfer my tickets over to someone who purchased them. No email prior about any interest in them, until the day before the show. I had already sold them. I tried to go on their website to cancel the ticket sale and to delete my account since I sold to another company with no luck. The night before the show, they send me an email basically threatening me to email my tickets to the buyer. Or else I will be charged the full price of what the person paid or any fees associated with the sale. I reached out to them telling me they emailed me multiple times. Lies!! I've researched my email history and nothing!! They never even asked me if I still had the tickets and if I agree to the persons purchase of the tickets to where I could accept or decline, like the other companies did. So, now this poor person has bought tickets that I have sold. Again, I tried to delete my account once I sold the tickets with no luck. Worse customer service ever!!

THIEVES AND LIARS!! Beware!!!If I could give zero stars I would. These people are scam artists who prey on unsuspecting children. They sell tickets that do not exist to children for thousands of dollars and then lie and offer faux solutions where they upcharge you for cheap alternative tickets.

To get my tickets was a 6 hour nightmare or more since they said they would send them same day of venue. I had no reception where I was and had to continue to text often. When I logged in to Viagogo it would send me to a new site to retrieve the tickets. Finally I texted help center and they sent me the tickets quickly in an easy format.Tickets were 3 times the amount from door prices. Venue was half empty when we got there. I was disappointed for taking all that time from my vacation trying to get the tickets I had paid for in advance.I was then even more disappointed to find out tickets were 500 pesos at the door and I paid ***** pesos on line and the place was half empty

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! I am not sure how they could possibly be in business! We bought tickets for the *************************** Concert in **** and planned an entire trip around it. It was a total bucket list item to see him AND in the Forum in ****!! They told us the tickets would arrive before we left for our trip...then as it got closer they said they said they would deliver them to our *************....guess what?! No tickets!! We spent HOURS on the phone (international calls by the way) they would put us on hold, hang up on us, transfer us, etc. It was a TOTAL SCAM!!!! They need to be shut down and exposed. 20/20...60 Minutes...let's get them all on board...

I purchased tickets for a concert last year June 2022 and that concert was postponed , found out the concert will be given this year 2023 in March, I've called them a few times and have been given the run around, they have said they will get back to me, then they said the don't see the new event , then they said the.tickets we're sent and they weren't, then they said the will send them , and some one will get back to me. I already know I probably will not get a refund ****** lost, this is a disgrace of a business, don't use them.
