    Contacted via phone on a "spoofed" telephone number - Informed person that I was on the company's do not solicit / do not call list as well as the national registry. I was told that I had initiated an inquiry which is false. Told I could contact the main office at the number showing on my caller ID - Also false, that number doesn't ring anywhere - Contacted NYS ************************* and filed complaint with ***. Will be following up with a TCPA complaint and possible small claims action - Caller used willful intent!

    Once again another call from this company after asking many times to not contact me. i have never done business with them and never will. but they will not stop calling trying to offer loans. *** or at least that is what he claimed his name was, called today aug 8th 2024 at 3:11 pm stated he wa with quick access capital and then asked how much money i was looking for. i had to have him repeat the name of company and his name and when asked what the call back number was he hung up. the number they called from is ********** which im sure is not a number that can be called back and when it came in it had the typical beep of a call center call.
