1 starI ordered a pair of sandals and a purse that was delivered in a timely manner. But, the problem that I have with Tory Burch is that my purchase was a $600 purchase, BUT!!!! Tory Burch charged my credit card twice, which means theyve charged me $1200 for $600 worth of merchandise. I called customer service, and I was told the other $600 will be credited back to my credit card because its a pending charge. I ask the young lady how long will it take to fall off??? Her response was, Itll take 7-10 days to fall off, and the amount will be posted back to your account. I told her that Im supposed to get traveling, and used that credit card to hold my hotel, which wont charge my credit card until I check in and you guys have $600 worth of my credit card held up. She apologized and said that its nothing she could do because it was one of Tory Burchs policies. I told her that this policy isnt fair to the customer and this is BAD business practice!!! Especially if you arent giving the customer a choice whether or not they want their credit card double charged by your company. Im saying this to say, if you dont mind then go for it, but I have a problem with someone double charging my car without asking me!!!!Review fromMarianne H

Tory BurchOrder placed on 1/29. I ordered item to be delivered directly to my friend for her birthday. Delayed then never arrived.1st call to Tory Burch customer service. Confirmed shipping info and was re-shipped.Checked status and arrived in ******* which assume is shipper. Arrived 2/7. Daily checks, shipping delayed.Contacted Tory Burch on 2/14. Confirmed info and was told nothing they could do since item was at shipper. I was given a code to text.Texted and they responded. Confirmed my name and delivery name. I was texted info didn't match although I had their order number detail. I was instructed to contact Tory Burch and given phone number and website. Total run around. One other comment made by Tory Burch.. I shouldn't incur any additional fees? Fees for what. Disappointment beyond belief as this was a 60th birthday gift for one of my BFF.Tory Burch, LLC

I am soo very disappointed in the refund process with your company. I always purchase a new bag in my local store, this time they did not have what I wanted so I ordered online. After receiving my bag, I decided to return it was way too large for me. I tried calling my local store for 3 days straight when I finally got a hold of someone there they said they were closed for 3 weeks due to emergency so I would have to ship my bag back. I shipped back and even paid for them to package it correctly to send to you. This was a Christmas present from my dad, who normally every year goes shopping with me, buys me a new bag. This year he is in the hospital dying from terminal cancer. He gave me the money to order it online. You have received my return 5 days ago and I still have not been refunded my money. This is terrible, I can not tell my dying father I can not buy another bag until you refund my money. He is waiting to see what I got if he passes before you refund me and I have not purchased a new bag I will never shop with Tory Burch again, which is ashame because I buy most of my bags from my local Tory store. I work in customer service, and I will tell everyone I know of this bad business practice, I should have been refunded the day my package was received.Tory Burch, LLC

I'm writing this because Tory Burch is the most ************** company I've ever purchased something from!!! I placed an order on Saturday and I paid an EXTRA $20 to get my product in 1-2 business days. Now I get a text that it'll be here Thursday!!! SO MY DAUGHTER WILL NOT RECEIVE HER CHRISTMAS GIFT ON CHRISTMAS BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF LIES AND FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! IT CLEARLY STATES ON THEIR WEB SITE THAT MY ITEM WILL "ARRIVE" IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS!!! BUT SOMEONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THAT IT MEANS "SHIPPED" IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS!!! ** ASKING ANYONE WHO BUTS FROM THIS SO- CALLED HIGH-END, "PROFESSIONAL" COMPANY!!! I RECOMMEND "NOT" TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY CAUSE THEY'VE PROBABLY BEEN "STEALING" PEOPLE'S MONEY USING THIS FALSE ADVERTISING STRATEGY!!!! I had a very bad experience with with them.Location is Austin domain Texas Toryburch store. I purchased one shoe it’s on Thanksgiving sale.Venessa person helped me with that shoe, she told me 7.5 size is not here it’s in Houston store they will ship to my house and she took my **** card and all my details and the amount changed from my **** bank.I don’t recive shoe and no more email updates till December 10th 2024. I called them and they said no shoe is purchased.Today I went to store and they said The person Venessa quit the job. Simply they are saying they return my money back.That shoe is $275. On thanksgiving they put sale on $94.Now they are saying they can’t give that shoe. They are gambling with the customers. The price is showing in websites are completely scam!Tory Burch, LLC

1 starI placed an order and never received it. After filing a claim all i got was this notification and I am beyond disappointed of the result. How am I being held accountable for something that was out of my control whether the shipment was stolen or delivered somewhere else. This is totally unacceptable and I demand there is a review to this. This was my first purchase and I'm in disbelief there's nothing you can do. 1 starThe price adjustment process is a complete scam. Per the web site the brand will honor the certified competitors price. Bur customer service refuses to give price adjustment to the price posted on ****** ******. Any other company would honor the competitors price. Its truly crap! Bad quality purses not made up for even to minimum standards and not as promised for a purse USD200+. Bought a TB OG online last year, only to discover after less than 1 year it is discolored. I know how to take very good care of purses and always ensure my purse is sitting well and doesnt rub against any harsh surface - only to have my newly bought purse look like this!Do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY A TORY BURCH! Their support kept repeating that their return policy is ******************************* replacement with a new similar purse like any other decent manufacturer. Im very disappointed on how Tory Burch treats its customers. Ive been a customer of ********************** for years but this is my first online order. After speaking to ***** they say that my order was delivered and then I called again after a phone call with Tory Burch and this time they say oh it was delievered to the wrong address and that they will address the issue with Tory Burch and when I called Tory Burch with this information they said that they will start an investigation and get back to me and then 3 days later I was contacted via email that they cannot do anything for me as ***** claims it was delivered. And I asked what should I do at this point as Im literally being tossed between the two companies and Tory butch responded that I can look for other options and that they cant reship or refund. Tory Burch is a complete scam at this point and I cant be more angry at my lost money and at the fact that such a company is so rude to tell you to go figure it somewhere else and that they cant reship or refund. I even stated that Id like to send them pictures of my property as proof but that didnt resolve the issue for me. I will never buy anything from them again nor will I even recommend for anyone to buy from such a scam.Tory Burch, LLC

I recently purchased items online. Ordering was smooth; however, the carrier they used ******* delivered the items to the wrong address. I contacted both ***** and Tory Burch for this issue, and they both say it's not their issue since it got delivered successfully and that Tory Burch cannot provide a refund or resend the items. The merchants they sell aren't cheap and do not provide any solutions when the items are lost due to their carrier. How can we trust this company and make the purchase? I provided pictures of the front door images of the delivered house and my front door image to show that it got delivered to the wrong house and they still said it's not their issue. I've dealt with other merchants who provide solutions to their customers, but ********************** has awful customer service and this company doesn't deserve customer's trust.
