      *** **** has been providing minor bookkeeping services, including payroll processing, for our company for the past couple of years at a rate of approximately $350 per month. However, last month, our account was overcharged by over $4,000.***** *******, representing the company, admitted via email that this was an error and assured us that the funds would be refunded. Despite this acknowledgment, several weeks have passed, and the refund has not been issued. Additionally, the company has been unresponsive to multiple follow-ups via email and phone.Due to the lack of resolution and communication, we are now exploring all available avenues, including legal action, to recover the funds. We hope this complaint will prompt action to resolve the matter swiftly and prevent similar issues for others.
