spent a lot of time going through their process, linked my bank accounts then when I clicked next, it went back to the last page. Had to link my accounts again only to be given an "error" at the end of process. clicked on "Need Support" only to find they do not track errors so they wanted me to do it again and screen shoot the error. Are my Bank numbers I submitted, lost in your system? Doing the same thing again?? I had no confidence in their security if they do not log or keep records of "Errors" in their system.Meanwhile my bank sent me three alerts "Others are linking your accounts. Was this you??" Worried for my accounts. Not coming back!

I applied for rental lease for a company that informed me it's in the processes of no longer using Findigs. Findigs and ******************* refuse to provide a refund. This is illegal.

SCAM!!! We paid $150 for 2 people applications just to get denied due to credit. My credit score alone was over the minimum 500 and the application itself took over a week to deny due to my credit score. Suspicious and giving taking application fees.

This place is a scam and over intrusive. I ended up canceling my application. They had me link my Workday account to them to see my pay stubs. In addition to that they requested the pay stubs in pdf which was bizarre considering you have access already. The paystubs had a summary of my split between 2 of my bank accounts. They had the last 4 of my bank accounts but not the name of the banks. That wasnt enough. They requested bank statements that showed my paycheck deposits. I screenshot those but I blacked out everything including the bank name, account number and balances. I did leave the deposits that showed my paycheck deposits. That still wasnt enough. They wanted pdf statements, not screen shots. I told them to cancel because the whole process was a waste of time, redundant, and intrusive.

I first visited the property on 9-17-24 by the application was finally submitted on 9-23-24 on 9-26-24 right as hurricane ****** was approaching. I was told I had 48 hours to sign the lease - I was unable to open the lease because first I had to opt to pay full deposit or sign up for filling the application over 2 weeks ago they asked for a significant amount of personal information including but not limited to: account numbers, routing numbers, access to my paylocity account to verify income and then the Service Dogs what a process nothing was straightforward or easy to navigate. . My application was accepted. The next step was to sign into a portal to chose to pay the whole deposit or sign up for Termwise which I did. That was on Friday evening that delayed actually getting the lease sent to me. They indicate it was sent Sunday but I finally was able to open it on Monday 9-30-24 I had 48 hours to read it and sign it. I read through it on Monday, I requested a revised lease that would show the refrigerator would be a covered appliance and that the yard service would be included. I was told it would be revised and resent. It was never resent I was never able to sign even though Tuesday and Wednesday I requested the revised lease at least 23 time no one ever sent it to me. This morning at 11:43 am I was told that my lease was voided because I failed to finalize it. How can I finalize something I never received. I have already made arrangements to have the power transferred to my name the internet and water. I have a moving truck in my driveway waiting to move to this address. This is unethical and to not even receive a single phone call. The lease date was for 10-4-24 it is 10-3-24 I was expecting to move tomorrow. Disappointment is not the appropriate word. This needs to be corrected. No one answers the phone I have left numerous messages.

After filling out an application and being approved I decided that there were too many fees and it felt like a scam, and ultimately I did not trust or feel comfortable with this place.

I personally feel like they are just taking people money. They told me I was approved and then turned around and said I wasnt approved. They even went as far as to send me an email telling me to complete and application that had already been completed as if I was someone else. I do not recommend using them.

Complete and total rip-off. The application is ridiculously long(four segments) and they want too much license with your personal info including background check. Selfie and picture of drivers license. My application was approved, my move in date ignored, got a text from the tenant who no longer wanted to add anyone to the lease. I got one email from a rep **** ***** from Elevate Hawaii Management about sending me the final documents and new move in date. Havent heard from her or any representative and she will not return my calls or answer to anything. I would choose a zero if I could for the review. Renting here is hard enough we dont need a N.Y companies to handle what they know nothing about.
