Complete and total rip-off. The application is ridiculously long(four segments) and they want too much license with your personal info including background check. Selfie and picture of drivers license. My application was approved, my move in date ignored, got a text from the tenant who no longer wanted to add anyone to the lease. I got one email from a rep **** ***** from Elevate Hawaii Management about sending me the final documents and new move in date. Havent heard from her or any representative and she will not return my calls or answer to anything. I would choose a zero if I could for the review. Renting here is hard enough we dont need a N.Y companies to handle what they know nothing about.

Your not accredited with the BBB because you are running a middle man scam.The prices you list ain't the prices you push back to the person trying to rent. It's well over a grand higher. You advertise one thing on your web page and after a $150 application fee you say congratulations you are approved and then you add another application fee of $300 and you **** up the monthly service fee by over double and then you add $800 to $900 dollars on top of a security deposit. YOU ****

Non refundable application fee. They got me for $150 and said they already had an accepted application

Company listed rental, encouraged us to apply. We paid $80 ($40ea) and within an hour they said there were other applications. They refused to refund our application fees, and became non responsive when we asked. Suddenly the chat stopped working. Now these people have our information and who knows what they plan on doing with it. Finding at home is difficult enough without this kind of bad actor.

Were moving to ***** and I think this pet thing is a scam. Just to get $50 per cat. We have 3. There should be companies that you can do this stupid thing (2 pics of animal and a SIDE view!) once and any company can look your info up. Scam. Scam. Just to get our monies. I gave a four bc it wasnt difficult. Just tiresome and expensive.

If i could give 0 stars i would, hard to get on the phone,emailing takes forever,all the houses were rotten and in a ghetto i would never fool with these peoe again i dont know how they stay in business! Horrible company

I have amazing credit, over 800. I was emailed that I was charged at 11:37 am. I was emailed that it was rented at 2:33 PM. No attempt to contact me make sure I was still interested in the property. Give us money and we will take it and perhaps consider you. I know they couldn't have rejected me based on any interview they had with me. Because they didn't meet me in person. They couldn't have rejected me based on anything on paper, that doesn't have any possible merit. I am way to much of a boy scout for that. They are just scamming people for money.

This company is BOGUS!!! I should've listened to the reviews when I was reading them but I decided to give them a chance. I did everything they requested, gathered all the paperwork that they needed just for them to tell me that they approved my application but the property I applied for was now being rented by someone else. Which was a LIE!! The property IS and WAS still listed at this time. I had someone reaching out to me via email by the name of *****************************, which comes up as a freaking baseball player once I did some research. But before I did that, I had faith because he was actually responding to me and in a timely manner. I paid for two applications and they had the nerve to tell me that I can apply to any other listings and I wouldn't have to pay the app fee again. Ridiculous! Showed me the property and all. And my family and I really liked it and had high hopes to moving into this lovely house. I have 3 children and another on the way to take care of and this BOGUS of a COMPANY SCAMMED me out of MONEY that could've been used for them. After receiving the email that stated "your application has been approved but unfortunately not for the property you initially applied for" I immediately emailed the guy who was the "main contact", the company that the emails were coming from, and the number I found under the listing on NOT their site but on Zillow.com only to find out that the number was just a recording that just kept repeating the same message over and over and was not an actual person. I wish I knew what else to do to report this company because I would sure love to get my MONEY back($100 to be exact). BOGUS A$$ COMPANY!!!! I TOTALLY REGRET EVERYTHING. Everything is a learning experience but this is OUTRAGEOUS. And I hope someone sees not only my review but others as well and be smart enough to not go through with them. And I forgot to mention that I was attempting to rent this property with my section 8 voucher.
