    I am disenchanted with the time it takes to complete my transfer, and after 10 days, my funds are not yet available to withdraw money from. I attempted to make a small withdrawal, as a test, only to find the deposit I made is still not available to take money ******* addition, when I attempted to add this account with Valley Bank, through Raisin, to my ************** for monitoring, the ********** Routing and account numbers are not recognized.I attempted to withdraw full amount of deposit, and close this account, but as I said, the funds are currently unavailable still to do anything with. I will again, have to call their customer service to inquire when I can withdraw all of my deposit and close this account. This is not a banking system I am familiar with.

    Account is locked, attempted a few times with agent, then call was disconnected . No attempt was made to call me back despite having my phone number, she verified it at the end of the call!We will be closing this account ASAP if we ever get back into it.
