Someone from Synergy Financial has been calling me on a daily basis. They call from various local numbers which they have likely spoofed. As it is a local number I tend to answer as I have a business and it could be a customer trying to reach me. I have repeatedly asked them to take me off their calling list, but they continue to call.Business Response

Multiple calls daily from Synergy Finance. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their call list. The constant calls are very disrupting to running my businesses. I block every number they call me from but yet they keep calling from a new number each time. Next step would to be contact my attorney and file a harassment suit.Business Response

I am getting each day from different numbers, all claiming to work for Synergy Capital, looks like they gave out my number to call centers in 3rd world countries, there is really no price too high for annoying other people in a way that is illegal, first they need to stop calling, and they should compensate us for every call we got.Business Response

This company calls me several times a week. I have been rude, I have been nice, I have explained that I do not need financial assistance, I have asked for my number to be removed. Nothing stops them. 05/16/2023 Synergy Capital contacted me three times at ************ and ************ via our internal system Although this company is located in ********, they called with local area phone numbers. The phone call begins in silence and then a tweet will come on the line which is usually indicative of a VOIP line. I inform all callers that all calls are recorded They began trying to issue their sales pitch to which I politely declined and they began berating me with insults and backhanded remarks. *** from Synergy has contacted me multiple times and is rude every single time asking if I think this is a "game." Even asking for the name of the rep and the name of the company proved difficult as *** repeatedly refused and demanded answers from me about my revenue. A totally ridiculous and obnoxious situation with offers I never asked for and continue to reject. I am not interested in working with these company ever considering they don't understand a simple no. I have the audio recordings and will be logging them for any future incidents.Is this standard practice for Synergy that the reps are obnoxious, disrespectful, and allow to berate members of the public?Is this standard practice for Synergy that the reps can refuse to provide their name or the name of the company?Is this standard practice for Synergy to continue to contact companies who have explicitly requested to be put on a do not call list?Business Response

I'm getting these same annoying phone calls couple of times a week, starting always with the same area code: 917 (the remaing numbers are all different, though). They're claiming to call from Synergey Financing (or maybe it's called Synergy Capital). They always start with wanting to speak to the "business owner". I've already tried anything from telling them not to call again to imediately hanging up... and to even pretending that they had dialed a wrong number and that this was not a business. Yet they still won't stop calling. My local phone company is unfortunately not able to block their number(s).Business Response

Despite asking several times to be taken off their list (3 times in one call today) they still keep asking. The caller(s) are beyond rude. Laughing at me, belittling me, and in the past I even had a caller accuse me of "not owning my business"? Today the caller even said they use fraudulent underwriting!! Couldn't believe he was willing to say that out loud? When I said I won't be doing business with anyone who does fraudulent contracts he kept asking me why I didn't "want the money". These calls border on harassment and their own representatives admit they are fraudulent. Even if I wanted capital it will NEVER be with this rude company with zero customer service.Business Response
