1 starThese people are deceptive and do not divulge all the correct information when they are roping you in to join. Please be careful when you are signing up and ENSURE TO ALWAYS ASK FOR A COPY OF THE MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT. I was mislead and when I complained they said it is in my contract, I told them they never gave me a copy or emailed me a copy a manager said they are not obligated to do that and I should have asked for a copy. This is comparable to MAFIA behavior in modern ******* and the authorities are allowing these kind of illegitimate and predatory practice to continue. Please note all their membership has pro-rated buyout period contrary to what they tell you. There corporate customer care will not help as noting you can say for them to make amends. They are robots programmed to keep repeating the same thing and have no empathy. AVOID THIS GYM PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review frommahmoud l.

1 starOn Jan 30, 2025, I was a victim of prejudice and assumption because of my race and religion by the manager of Blink Fitness *********************, the manager's name is *******, I was being watched and harassed by staff by asking my phone number and treating me to cancel my membership for no reason. The manager does not like blacks and Muslims, and she (*******) was going to create drama between her staff and i, but I was smart and calm because I am a black belt who learned how to be quiet and maintain cool, she is not good there because she is a racist and all she wants is her own !!Review fromWill R.

1 starSubject: Dispute of Unauthorized Charges and Request for Resolution Dear Blink Fitness Noho Management,I am writing regarding unauthorized charges and an unsatisfactory experience with my sons membership at Blink Fitness Noho On Monday, December 16th, I signed up my son, C S, for a non-commitment, month-to-month membership during his one-month visit to ********. Despite the short-term nature of this arrangement, I encountered the following issues: Cancellation Fee: After a week of membership, I attempted to cancel as intended but was informed of an unexpected fee. I felt compelled to pay this fee against my will. Annual Maintenance Charge: I was subsequently charged a $47.03 annual maintenance fee, on 1/01/2025 for which I had neither agreed nor been informed during the signup process. After researching online, I discovered numerous complaints from other customers alleging similar issues with ********************. For example, a ****** thread highlights multiple reports of unexpected charges and misleading policies It appears Blink Fitness employs a strategy of relying on unclear or deceptive policies to generate additional revenue from unsuspecting customers. Such practices are not only unethical but may also violate consumer protection laws.Review fromPrincessCece G

1 starBlink fitness in *********** use to be such a nice place before they hired that female manager last year. Her employees allow clients to come in without paying until they can and she picks and choose who she wants to stop at the door and deny entry. Completely unprofessional and plays favoritism When she is on her shift. Bathrooms never have toilet paper in the womens room neither soap. instead of attending the location and making sure everything is up to par she rather be ***** and stop people at the door on the third of the month . Ive been A member since 2018 and I used to love coming to this place now I dread when this manager is at the front completely have a lack of empathy for others but only to her favorites was she allowed to come in without paying for the membership on time.Review fromChris W

1 starThis gym *****. 60% of the equipment is always broken. 2 stairmasters have been broke for 2 months. I get here every morning right when they open and have to fight to use one. And now 3/4 of the stairmasters are broken. Only one works. Half the treadmills and weight machines have broke signs on them. Light bulbs have been out and not replaced for weeks. This gym really *****. They have updated any equipment and they take months to fix and make repairs but they take members money every month.Review fromAntonio P

1 starI am reaching out regarding the recent denial of my eligibility for the Blink Fitness Influencer Program membership by **** *******, ************ Coordinator at Blink Fitness. I was informed that a minimum of ***** followers is required to participate. However, I have this requirement met and can substantiate my follower count. I also possess an audio recording of this interaction.I inquired why my eligibility was dismissed without verification and questioned whether this assumption might be linked to my identity as an Afro-descendant and LGBTQ+ individual. Regrettably, my messages were subsequently ignored.I am formally requesting clarification on the decision to deny my application without verification and on the lack of engagement in addressing my concerns. I am hopeful this outreach provides an opportunity to resolve the issue. Please know I have documented all necessary evidence to support my case.Review fromBojan B

1 starI had Blink services for approximately 1 year. I was told this is not a contract, its month by month and I could stop whenever I wanted too. I attempted to cancel my services November 2023. I was told I could not cancel my services over the phone and would have to walk in to a Blink location. This is bogus as I was able to sign up online so I should be able to cancel the same way. When I went to the Blink at ****************************************************** the staff gave me an attitude and made it difficult for me to cancel although we are not in a contract. I have received numerous emails, from Blink, saying my account is past due. If its a month to month thing and I am not using the services how do I have a past due balance of $137.94? I received messages where Blink threatens to take me to collections. Collections for what as I do not owe Blink any funds because I did not receive any services for which I did not pay. If anything Blink owes me for the hassle, headaches, stress and harassment from Blink while trying to cancel my services. I have asked Blink to provide me with an itemized bill of how and why I have a past due balance of $137.94 as I paid for the months of services I used. I asked Blink to please detail the days and time I used a Blink facility and locations. I also notice the past due balance is increasing as I am not using Blink and made it clear I would like to stop working with Blink. It seems like I am being charged to cancel my services. I have been trying to end my business relationship with Blink and Blink is running a scheme to make it hard to do so. If I go into Blink and tell them I want to end my business relationship with blink(which is Blink's process) that should be respected and final. I dont understand why there is any back and forth after I made it clear I want to end my services. I for sure do not see why and or how I have a past due balance.
