    My box was supposed to be delivered on January 21, 2025, but due to the weather I didnt receive until January 22. ***** must have left box in truck, while temps were below zero. Unfortunately, all vegetables were frozen solid and not edible. EveryPlate makes it difficult to contact to resolve these issues.

    I deactivated my Every Plate in 2000 after poor meal choices and boxes that contained spoiled/damaged products. On 12/08/2024, I reactivated my account to check and see if there would be any meals that I'd be interested in. I didn't really find anything and did not place an order. I logged out. A few days later I got a notification from ****** that MyPlate had just charged my checking account over $112. I contacted MyPlate and asked them why I was charged for a box when I didn't order one. I was then informed that when I reactivated my account I was committing to restarting automatic orders and because I didn't make any choices that MyPlate made them for me. I asked them to cancel. They refused claiming that I had 5 days to cancel or skip the order. I told them that I didn't order anything and that I know that 5 days had not passed. I was told that that was "Company Policy" and that my supposed order that I didn't order is being sent and I was also denied a refund. They also had my previous address and had processed the box to be sent there. I gave them my current address since I was told I had no choice but to receive the box. No where on their website does it state that a customer is automatically committing to auto ship for simply reactivating an account. There was no way to view the menu without reactivating my account. These are deceptive practices and I don't appreciate being charged for something I didn't order and being forced to accept the box which contained nothing I wanted. I want a full refund. Not a credit. A full refund. I deactivated my account and asked to cancel and was not given the opportunity to do so.

    It was on October ******* and I canceled prior to that on October 25, 2024. I tried to reach out the business but no answer. The money debited out my account on 10/29/24. I informed the company that I was no interest in the product but still was charged.

    So I ordered everyplate through a promotion with my employer. Everyplate was first.The first week there was no problem.I chose to "Skip **** Week" for the following order on 10/26 (saturday). I needed to consult with my spouse and get feedback..but again, one company will be our provider for this in the near future.I ****ped and continued with my day. Again, I clicked **** 10/26 which was a week before the next order. I planned to **** each week until we decided for sure, I didnt want to deactivate my account permanently. I noticed today (10/29)-tuesday, they charged my account yesterday $***** and website showed I would receive this order 11/01 FRI. I dont know if there was an error with the website at the time, I INTENTIONALLY took the time to locate **** and not DEACTIVATE on Saturday 10/26. I reached out to customer service who stated they did not show this week ****ped and refused to refund the transaction of $*****.The customer service representative asked if I took a screen shot of my decistion to ****. WHY WOULD I TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF THIS?**** was supposed to be a trial of a new food service I am still planning on participating in with a company similar to this one. I want a refund of *****. I intentionally chose to ****, not deactivate. I convinced other coworkers to try this company and also had billing problems. The customer service did refund this, the food is not boxed yet, nor shipped, yet they refuse to cancel this order I did not want at this time.**** is not good customer service for someone, openly shopping food delivery companies! I am still going to choose a company, and if this is not resolved....just know you lost a future long term customer that could have paid that 70 dollars, for 52 plus weeks, and could easily convince other coworkers not aware of this service to use it. If stealing $70 is your only goal, you should have higher standards and better business principals and practices.

    On 10/18 I reviewed my bank statement and noticed a ****** transfer to EveryPlate completed. I have never subscribed to EveryPlate nor have I ever made contact or inquired about their business. My husband recently engaged in their services, but we do not have mutual bank accounts or share our finances. He also just 2 days ago cancelled his account with them and they provided him with a refund for some incorrect transactions. I do not have an account with them nor ever provided my authorization for any charges to be made against my ****** account (again my husband and I do not share this or any other bank accounts). To me this is egregious, this company was somehow able to access my account based on my husbands interaction with them. There has to be some law against a business submitting a request for payment against an account that has not been provided to them nor has any authorization on file.

    I signed up so I could see what they are offering, decided it wasn't worth it, and cancelled the account immediately. That was on like 9/23. I went about my life and found out a box was delivered to my house today. I was at work and my husband saw it delivered, so put the groceries away and informed me about it when I got home. I was so confused and told him I ordered nothing. I looked at my bank account and they charged me twice. Once for $59.41 and again for $12.08. I called them and explained the situation. The lady on the phone stated that if you click on the recipes, it counts it as you "creating" a box and therefore you are charged for it and will get the groceries. I told her I didn't order anything and nothing stated on their site that I would be charged for LOOKING at what's included for the recipes. This is theft! I see by other reviews that they do this often. Looks to me they need to be taken to court. I want my money back! They are refusing any refunds and told me to enjoy the food. Absolutely ridiculous!!

    Saturday, September 24, 2024. I used the promotion code that my friend gave me for EveryPlate and it was supposed to charge me $10.99 for my first order after I placed the order I was charged $46.93 which wasnt supposed to occur into, two days before my next plate gets delivered I got two charges in one day, but my bank tells me that only the $46.93 Only charge and they dont see a pending transaction or a posted. Transaction for $10.99.

    Delivery was consistently at least one day late every week since changing the delivery day to Sunday. This current week it is Wednesday and I still havent received the box. There is no tracking link provided for this delivery which is a first and looks like they are trying to hide something. Never been given an explanation for why EVERY delivery is late. No explanation as to why a tracking link was not provided. I sent a complaint every week and every time was a standard response of Were sorry for the delay. Heres a $10 credit. No action taken to actually resolve the issue! Whats the point?

    Business charged me again for a delivery of a box (prep meal) after I called bad around July 26 to cancel my account after spending around an hour on their app looking for the cancellation option, when you call, option 4 is for cancellation I explained the lady about my desired to cancel it and she understood and proceeded, now, today 08/28 I have a charge on my account for another box to be delivered on 09/01, I called them and the first rep hung up on me and the 2nd (******) stated that the account Now is cancelled but that NOBODY can cancel the delivery of the next box and theres NOTHING they can do about it because of their tools and the process, I can not receive another box which never arrived complete as they said and I need my money back.

    I ordered from the mail service company every plate and received my order. I did not receive all of the meat that it showed I was supposed to in fact I was ripped off 30 oz of chicken. Also One of the boxes that contain potatoes and other dry ingredients was wet on the bottom. I thought maybe this was because of the ice packs that it was shipped in but when I took the box out and began taking out the ingredients several of the potatoes were squishy and leaking. These are not fresh ingredients at all please see the images that I have provided. Half of the potatoes were bad. I contacted their customer service which was like pulling teeth and all they did was issued me a $17 credit on a future order that I didn't even want because I canceled my membershi p right away after this experience. They did not offer to reimburse me the money that I paid for this shipment or offer to make this right and send me the items that were missing or completely rotten. This is a health concern not to mention this is not what I paid for. Disgusting and terrible customer service. Please help
