We had a credit on your account for a past order and somehow it was removed from our account and not applied to our most recent order in 9/8. There was no notification that the credit was removed from our accountBusiness response

On august 12th I contacted the company via their chat system to find out why my box was marked as cancelled. They claimed that I couldn’t use a new customer discount code because it’s by household. I have never had hello fresh so I contact them and the agent told me that it was because of the apartment number was missing. So she put it in and said my first box would be $76.87 and I will receive it on Tuesday the 16th of august and that she would also apply a credit of 31.31$ to my account as an apology. The 15th comes around and my box is marked delivered and having been charged I was excited then I look around and there is no box. I contact again today and was told that the same box that I was charged for and promised to receive was cancelled the same day (august 12th) and refunded yet no refund and no box. The agent didn’t even offer to take care of this issue or set my account up the way it was supposed to be and didn’t even care that I can’t eat this week.Customer response
