      the company offered a discount based on what the amount you purchased but will now not honor the discount, I have called and inquired but they will still not honor the advertisement listed on their website now and at the time I purchased my furniture in Nov 2022 that just arrived Feb 2023.

      A couple years ago I ordered a Cal **************** The delivery crew showed up and I physically watched them my boxed item out of the back of their box truck. They couldnt see me but looked around to make sure the coast was clear. Assuming it was they didnt check for damage. My Wife and I allowed them to set the bed up as theyd been paid to do assuming theyd checked for damage before doing so. They put the bed set together and asked us to sign. We looked at the bed and noticed a huge ***** out of the footboard. We told them that was unnacceptable. They lied and told us to sign and they will let the company know to send another footboard. Assuming they werent con artists we did so. After a couple weeks of not hearing from the company we called and were told we signed and shouldnt have so they have no obligation to help us. We told them we were told to sign. They referred us to some fine print on their website of how to handle delivered items. We told them they conned us and we want our money back. After refusing to do so they said they will go ahead and replace the footboard and have it out to us in a few months. Since then we get an email every few months saying the manufacturer has pushed it out delivery a few more months. Theyve played this game for over 2 years now and are clearly lying. Theyve offered us $100 settlements to nor replace it which is an absolute joke. We told them come pick it up we want all of our money back or at least half of what we paid. The refused to do so. At this point we know they have no plans to take care of this. Im sure theyve done this to others as well. So at the very least wed like the BBB to be aware. Wed like assistance in getting our money back. This company has taken complete advantage of our kindness and Im sick of dealing with them.

      We truly apologize for the huge delay in getting your issue resolved. Upon checking, we requested for a replacement footboard since July 2020. It has been backordered since then and still is. The manufacturer has just advised that it is now further delayed to be in stock in November 2023. Stock/inventory issues are out of our control and in contrary to your complaint, we are doing what we can to monitor and make sure your replacement footboard does not fall into the crack. We have been doing so since 2020 and we made sure you were informed. We also offered you a $300 discount to keep the footboard as is since the replacement continued to be backordered and you chose to wait for it per the last update we received from the manufacturer that it should be in stock in Jan 2023. Unfortunately, we did not receive any update from the manufacturer since end of January even after multiple follow *** and only received a response recently. We are truly sorry we were unable to reach out to you in February to let you know about the issue we were having with the manufacturer. We will contact you to provide your options on how you wish to proceed with your order's resolution.

      We are awaiting the customer's response to our offer of keeping the bed as is for a $555 discount, around 50% off the price he paid for. Your return request is invalid as it is outside the return period. Again, we are willing to replace the footboard but its inventory is within the manufacturer's control, not ours.

      I ordered a modular sectional from this company (Discount living room Furniture). The delivery time was 4-6 weeks. I thought this is a very long delivery time when ordering, but it was the best price I found on the sectional. I ordered and waited. After 5 weeks, I asked for a delivery date estimate. They told me the local delivery team was still performing the unboxing, quality inspection, and they were backed up with a lot of orders. A few more days passed. I emailed again insisting on a delivery estimate (not an exact date, mind you), just an estimate. My response was, "your order is missing some bolt hardware and we have ordered it from the factory," They still were not giving me any delivery timeline?!!! As a business, their main job is to facilitate the sale and deliver the furniture. This is either poor business practice or outright attempted theft, in my opinion. I have disputed the charges on my credit card and bought couches locally, same day:) Save yourself the time and mental well being and don't use this company!!!

      I paid $1309.83 for a crib and nightstand from this business in January 2021. It was originally scheduled for delivery in March, but after multiple delays I was told in October that it would now be an estimated ship date of January 2022. They gave me the option for a refund and I chose that option. They claim they mailed a check because they could not refund my credit card. I never received a check. I asked them to void it and resend, and they never have and now aren't responding. I just want my money back as I never received the product and was told a refund was an option.

      Wish I could give them zero stars. Just like everyone else on here I ordered dresser on April 2022. From the moment I received the product, it was damaged. I refused to receive the product and they promised to fix my product. The first time staff came to the house to check the repair but they just watched and left. They made me wait more than 3 months after that. I have complained many times and they also only promise but not fix. The second time they sent staff to the house in September but just watched and left. I'm really tired and unsatisfied. I truly believe this is a scam and they had no intention of ever fix to me. Dont order from this company.

The first tech reported that he won't be able to do it after he inspected it. We reached out to the delivery company to help us get another opinion, which explains the 2nd tech. The 2nd tech confirmed that it is repairable and will get a work order placed. We now have a working repair ticket with our affiliated tech company and they should reach out to you soon to schedule the actual repair visit.       Ordered a bedroom set on 4/10/21. Product was noted as "in stock" for "**** weeks delivery", which was why it was selected. Two months later (on 6/7/21) I was told there some pieces in the local warehouse, but no delivery date was known for the "rails and nightstands." I approved partial delivery, and these components were delivered (damaged) on 7/10/21 (after several more delivery delays.) That was when we found our "rails" basically meant the entire bed. Rails (the rest of the bed) and nightstands were finally promised on 12/28/21 but they arrived missing one nightstand. The missing nightstand was finally located and delivered on 1/5/22, but was missing a trim piece. Multiple delivery dates have been promised and not met ever since. It is now 8/31/22, 16 MONTHS after the order was placed, and I still don't have anything. Dozens of promise dates missed. No control over their supply chain. Zero concern for their customers. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customers should steer well clear of *****************************.

      Purchased bedroom furniture from **** ***** and made final payment mid July 2022. Received notification that the furniture was delivered to their delivery service, Lux Designer, which is part of **** *****. Was advised that I would be notified in 1-2 weeks for delivery. I am still waiting to be contacted regarding a delivery date and they cannot seem to provide me with information as to when the delivery will be. I just keep getting told in 1-2 weeks. Its already been a month. The company is located in **.

      My husband and I purchased two pieces of furniture from **** ***** in February 2021 (Order # *********). It is now a year and a half later and we still have not received the furniture. The furniture is currently in a warehouse about 2.5 hours from our home. We have scheduled for the furniture to be delivered twice, July 5 and July 27. We have contacted **** ***** several times to get the furniture delivered and they continue to drag their feet. We have been inconvenienced by moving furniture in our bedroom for the last delivery date, July 27, to only be told that the furniture would not be delivered. The company has not been very helpful and borderline deceptive when trying to reach a solution. I have been told that they would call me back and let me know about alternate delivery companies and no call back has ever been received,

      We ordered a Bedroom set on September 2021, they delivered half of the order on Sep.. 2021 and till now still waiting for the second half, we sent more than 4o emails and they keep saying the something, "sorry for the delay we still waiting for shipper availability to ship the items" they will never give you a specific dates, best thing to do is disputing the whole amount and never to recommend this company to anyone, they don't care about customers or do any effort to satisfy their customers

The only answer I'm getting from ********************* is that the leave voice mails/emails or they spoke to someone but didn't get a full update at manufacture. It's on the truck to be sent, and then nothing. I've asked for this to be escalated and nothing happens. We want our furniture that we paid in FULL on 5/9 DELIVERED NOW. This is unacceptable & a terrible customer experience!

      The items were brought to our home 8/3 by the delivery company, in which everything was damaged in some way or another.
      The delivery company took pictures of the damaged items and reloaded them back on their truck to take back to the warehouse.  
      We refused the order as we were instructed.
      I called and spoke to a CS rep requesting a full refund, and followed up with that same written request via email.
      We were told they would credit us, but still not showing up.
      Please advise how we move forward.
